HISTORY OF THE RING

The council members were discussing when Diana and Jeremy came there, she asked Jeremy to wait outside because he's too big too enter the house. she turned to her fairly shape and flew up the tree house.

Inside the tree house, they were discussing about Jeremy, they understood that Jeremy fought by the influence of the ring. What surprised them the more was how the ring worked on Jeremy when it's obvious the ring only work on fairies. One of the councilmen suggested that they visit the diviner; Rebecca for she's the only one that can give them an explanation.

At Darca's castle, he was repairing his chamber when she suddenly turned towards Lydia;

"does the ring have any weakness?"

Lydia suggested that since the ring came from Ares, the only thing that can weaken the ring is something that can weaken Ares. Darca vowed to conquer the ring since he couldn't conquer earth.

Some delegates were sent to visit Rebecca, they came back and delivered Rebecca's message which was that Jeremy was half fairy. This raised controversy between the council. Crane suggested they banish Jeremy that he might be dangerous but Chance opposed him saying that Jeremy saved their hometown Ezra and the entire ring that he could be the hero they were all waiting for. Crane then stood up and said;

"this is the same thing we thought about Darca, but how did it end up? and just like Darca, that kid was born using the power of the ring".

Diana then stood up and asked;

"banishing him; is that the right thing? mind you that if he leaves here; he might end up with those monsters out there and guess what happens when they forms alliance?"

All the elders and council members agreed with Diana saying that she have a point.

Crane then asked Diana;

"what do you suggest we do?"

Diana suggested that they keep him, try and be friends with him, form alliance with him. They all bought Diana's idea and decided to invite Jeremy for some questions.

Jeremy was sitting at a tree trunk, a lot of fairies were starring at him from safe distance. some fairies flew there and change to normal human size. Their leader told Jeremy he had some questions for him if he should ask, Jeremy answered in affirmative. he then; asked,

"a week ago, when the beast attacked us, you stood up against them and save our people even when you don't know us; why?"

Jeremy stood up and answered;

"I fought them because they attacked me first"

He then asked again

"had it been they didn't attack you, would you have fought with them or against? "

Jeremy answered that he will still fight against them and the man asked him his reasons. Jeremy replied him;

"that very day, they laid the attack on you guys, but you were just trying to defend your home. for them to alter the act of nature by tearing down the boundary and attacking you guys; that's makes them the bad guys and they need to be taught some manners. Because they didn't knock like normal visitors; the deserved the hospitality given to them".

The leader turned to his people and said;

"this boy here is half one of us; just like Darca was. if he should be among us; he will need sureties".

Chance flew down and stood behind Jeremy, all the soldiers that witnessed the war stood behind him.

The leader now said;

"he will need someone of royalty to surety him".

Diana flew down and stood behind him while every fairies gasped whispering;

"even Princess Diana"

Jeremy turned facing her and asked;

"princess?"

Diana smiled with a shrug at the same time. the leader now said;

"The boy can stay then"

Diana whispered to Jeremy;

"if you wanna see something cool; then come with me"

she flew out while Jeremy ran after her.

They both came to the garden and stood on a giant flower on the floor, Diana started flapping her wings while sparkles drops on the flower. the flower started to grew to extent it grew above all the trees and plants in the garden. Jeremy got scared of the height and Diana asked him to hold her. They were now standing above Ezra, Jeremy looked and marvelled at the beauty of the place; the rainbow, the weather, waterfall flowers and garden, the flowery mountains. Jeremy looked within the fields and saw fairies using their powers to replant the grasses destroyed during the battle. Diana brought out her wand and waved it, she now said to Jeremy;

"let show you something you're familiar with".

Jeremy then said to her;

"that's remind me, you didn't use your wand to grow this flower, how then did you do it?"

Diana replied back

"my powers is not limited to my wand, though it's more effective with the wand"

she waved her wand and it sparkled, giant shrubs broke out from the ground and started twisting itself until it looked like slide coaster. the flower they stood on flew up and dropped on the coaster. he asked her if her powers were limited to plants but she replied that she can do other things but she's most effective with plants to extent she can give dead plants life. the started riding the coaster all round Ezra. the more they ride, the more the shrubs forms more coaster. Jeremy was a little bit scared of the coaster which made Diana to ask if he never ride on coaster. Jeremy explained that how introverted he is and how he hated the park due to the crowds.

the slide took them through the waterfall and fell into the lake which caused splashes of water. the flower covered them with its blades to shield them from the water. They sailed the flower canoe watching the fishes when Jeremy asked about why they were at war with the beast. Diana explained how the beast have been at war with the fairies and the elves before Zod, the first ruler of fairies sculpted a piece of metal from the sword Kratos used on Ares, how he used the metal to mould the ring; how he uses the ring and created the shield that separated the beast from the elves and fairies. That's why the call this place the ring.

Jeremy surprising asked;

"so there are elves? just when I thought I have seen it all. why haven't I seen one? "

Diana answered him;

"when Zod created the ring, he was afraid the might be boundary dispute betweenthe elves and fairies so he moved the elves to southern part of the ring and raised a barrier between us and the elves".

Jeremy then asked;

"so Darca is still mad about this long forgotten issue? he still want the war between you guyz to continue? "

Diana cuts in immediately;

"Darca isn't a beast, in fact, he is my long distant cousin. Darca was a product of illegitimate affair between Zod and an elf. it's impossible for a fairy to mate with non fairy but the ring granted Zod that. Darca has connections with the ring. Darca planned to use the ring to dominate our universe but his sister Aunty Louisiana learnt the plan, she stole the ring and disappeared. after sometime, she came back but without the ring. we all thought she was the enemy for taking our the ring from people because without the ring; the shield will only grow weaker and weaker. we had Darca imprisoned her but when Darca learnt she won't give up the way about of the ring; he left the ring and met with a witch who together subdued the beasts and tries to catch the ring".

Jeremy quickly asked;

"Louisiana is alive?, my mother is alive? why haven't you taken me to her? "

Diana explained to him how she was imprisoned and how no one can free her expect for they have the wand which put her in prison. He made Diana promise to take him to his mother's the next day.

Meanwhile at Darca's castle, he's done setting up his chamber. he turned to Lydia and said to her;

"since plan A has failed, let's move to plan B. arrange five best soldiers and send them to Ezra, there are going not to cause much fuse but to abducts that magical kid while he sleeps and bring him here".

Lydia replied him;

"but fairies are much wide awake at night than during the day, why not wait till day break"

Zulu replied;

"I know fairies sleeps more during day, but the kid sleeps at night. that was why I want the operation carried out tonight. prepare a sleeping portion, they are to sneak in tonight; drug the kid in his sleep and take him away in the morning"

Lydia prepared a sleeping portion, invites two Minotaurs, two trolls and a goblin to carry out the operation.
