Acting like a douche had its perks.
It’d been days since I’d seen Kristie at the Tutor Zone. Huge perk there! No more listening to what sounded like The Chipmunks on helium. I knew she had a big algebra test coming up and she didn’t even come in once. I think she was afraid to show her face. And she should’ve been.
