Ava’s Point of View The sound of the alarm silence through the silence making me jump slightly, and any buzz I had going on from drinking, immediately flies out the door and suddenly I am stone cold sober, staring back at those red eyes. For a second I think the alarm might scare off whatever is watching me from the trees, but of course with my luck, it doesn't. The wind picks up and my nose scrunches when something awful reaches it. What the hell is that? I wonder, but I don't waste to much time wondering about the smell when the thing in the trees moves slightly closer. I swallow hard and slowly look around me, looking for anything that I can use as a weapon against it, but apart from some big rocks, there isn't really anything. Of course there isn't. This is just great Ava! Ho
