Damon’s Point of View
I am sitting at my desk, going through same treaty request when there is a knock on my office door.
Before I can even answer it is pushed open and Levi steps in.
"Why are you still here?"
He asks with a small frown, glancing down at his watch.
"The party stared an hour ago."
He says and I nod my head.
"Yes, I am aware, thank you, but I have work to do."
I say and he arches a brow at me.
"Work that really can't wait?"
He asks and again I nod my head.
"I have put it off long enough already."
I say and he sighs before making his way over to my desk and sinking onto on of the chairs.
"I heard through the grapevine that Ava is leaving tomorrow."
He says after a few seconds of silence and my jaw clenches slightly.
"Yeah, she is..."
