Since there wasn’t much to do in Red Maple Falls, Jax defaulted to the classic dinner and a movie date. It wasn’t too creative, but he didn’t think Kristen was the type of girl who cared about all the bells and whistles. It was one of the things he found intriguing about her. She was okay with a slice of pizza and a glass of wine at home. Not to mention, he expected the kids to be tagging along.
