Clara's POV.
I paced about the living room, waiting for Jace to return after he left the house angrily. I knew that he was into my sister, and I thought I made the right decision to capture Celine, but she made things difficult for me and Jace. As much as I regretted using my twin sister to keep Jace, I cannot lose him to her. I have never lost, and I cannot stand the thought of it now.
Why would Jace be acting so cold to me? Why would he storm out of the house and threaten to file for a divorce?
I did everything because I love him. If he had waited for me to return from the award ceremony and winning my rightful place as the top model of the year, Celine wouldn't have gotten involved with him.
I hadn't thought of the repercussions, but I didn't take the nightmares seriously.
