I watched Jace's hardened expression soften.
"Are you sure that you're pregnant, Clara? How am I sure that you are pregnant by me? We have to do a pregnancy test to be sure that you are carrying my child. Why would you hide it from me all this while?" Jace asked as he paced in front of me.
Though I hadn't expected him to forget about Celine so easily, he appeared conflicted, so I brought out the medical test result of Celine's pregnancy and showed it to him.
