Isa’s POV
After I had been with Lily, I went looking for Pipa. A few others told me they had seen her in the dining hall, heading out to the garden view terrace.
“Miss…” Maeve cautioned. “I believe she’s out there with Alpha Blackburn.”
I froze in place as I strode across the hall. I didn’t think I could see him yet.
“Have you seen him?” I asked Maeve hesitantly.
She frowned but gave a nod. “Little Caroline was helping her mom get the trash out when you and him were having it out, ma’am. They didn’t mean to eavesdrop… But they were just telling me what happened when he went storming through here. Miss Pipa and the new Beta are out there with him now.”
