Episode 8: Accomplice of Revenge

Daisy: Before I entered into the darkness of revenge, I had to assure myself that I can finish this job alone, and therefore, I don't need an ally. I am an accomplice of my own revenge.

These are the words running to Daisy's mind while seeing the man in front of her.

Daisy wasn't surprised at what she saw but wondered at how he was released from jail.

You're right! He was the man who was following Daisy earlier. His name is Loward McKinskey. Fil-Am and he is a gay or bisexual but this person has an identity crisis.

These two are actually best friends in San Diego, California. Loward McKinskey worked as an assistant to Daisy's Master Yokihiro Watanabe who trained them before diving into the bloody revenge.

Loward is eager to help Daisy to ruin the SCORPIA but Daisy refused it as she wants to finish this job alone. Also, she loves her best friend and she doesn't want Loward to get involved and hurt.

Daisy: How did you get out of jail?

Loward: I just showed our pictures and conversations together that we're in a relationship.

Daisy: Shut up Loward! There is never an us.

Loward: It really hurts to talk with you. Of course, that was just my alibi to get out of the precinct right away.

Daisy: I don't want you to be a part of this and whatever you do and say, I won't.

Loward: You can't do this alone Daisy, you need help.

Daisy: Still a big no!

Daisy left the room and went to the kitchen to drink some water. Loward follows her.

Loward: Come on Daisy! We're partners in crimes. You know what I'm capable of. I'm a hacker, phisher, I can get access to someone's computer, I can steal their personal information on their accounts and etc.

Daisy: I can do that too so I don't need your help.

Daisy also gave Loward a glass of water to drink.

Daisy: You might be thirsty.

Loward: Oh! My friend's really sweet. There's no poison to it, right?

Daisy: I wish there is, so you couldn't ruin any of my plans.

Loward immediately drank the water because he was really thirsty at first.

Loward: So refreshing!

Daisy: I'll book you a flight tomorrow, you have to go back to America.

Loward: I just got arrived the other day, and now you want me to go back right away? Why not let me enjoy this place first? San Ildefonso's beauty is like a combination of New York, L.A., with a cold temperature, the atmosphere is nice, the nature view is mesmerizing. Wow! I love San Ildefonso, El Montego, Philippines. Also, I heard on twitter what happened to Dolores at D'Exhibit. I can't believe the destruction you made was perfect and trending!

Daisy: I know and I know that it was you who sent me the paper at the gate.

Loward: Impressive! How did you know it was me?

Daisy: I wasn't born yesterday Loward and I can familiar with your penmanship.

Loward: I like you girl!

Loward applauded Daisy.

Loward: I was just trying to test how smart you are. In that case, you are indeed ready for the battle. I also heard the Anniversary of Escor Corp is approaching these coming days. What's your plan with Arjun Escordia?

Daisy: It's none of your business.

Loward: Revenging is my business too.

Daisy: It's my revenge and not yours.

They went to the pool area and Daisy shows to her friend how beautiful the view from the outside.

Loward: Wow! This is beautiful! Renaissance property is indeed perfect!

Daisy: What do you expect? Jason Renaissance is an architecture.

Loward also noticed a mansion that he was looking at and it seemed familiar to him as he once stalked the Salvatierra family.

Loward: That mansion is very familiar. Guess what, the mansion of Salvatierra?

Daisy: You're right and I was able to get there already.

Loward: It seems that you're one step closer to your dreams.

Daisy: Not yet. If we'll talk it in percentage, I'm still in 5% at this moment.

Loward: 5% out of 100%?

Daisy: I'm not joking about it Loward so I don't want you to be part of this.

Loward: You yourself said you didn't joke around, that means, you need me. In addition, it looks like you can't really stop me.

Loward showed her an invitation card he received to attend Escor Corp's Anniversary.

Daisy: Still, I don't want you to be there.

Loward: Unfortunately, Mr. Escordia is expecting me to be there. We met yesterday and my Charitable Organization is invited to the party.

Daisy suddenly had a new plan in mind when she heard about the Charitable Organization.

Daisy: I have a plan, but I don't want you to be there.

Loward: I'm sorry but no way!

Daisy: Do you really want to help me?

Loward: Yesterday! Which means yes!

Which Loward means yes.

Daisy: Alright, here's a plan, a day before the Anniversary, I want you to set up a hidden camera in the event's location where you can watch the event live at home. Then you stay here and I have something for you to do. Just have a representative of your charitable organization to attend the event.

Loward: As much as I want to attend the event personally, then, alright, it's a deal!

Daisy: Then, thank you for trusting me.

So, Loward followed Daisy's order to set up a hidden camera at the venue. He placed not just one but six hidden cameras in the venue.

Loward had no difficulty in doing what Daisy asked him to do. In fact, he was able to set up immediately on his computer at Daisy's house where he is currently living now and they could now watch the venue live.

She showed to Daisy that he was very successful with the task given to him.

Loward: I think, I'm ready!

Daisy: Wow! Then good job! Enjoy the show tomorrow!

Loward: Aren't you going to share what's your plan?

Daisy: No! But you'll find it out during the event.

Loward: But why?

Daisy: Because I want you, to be surprised!

Loward: I really love surprises.

The day before the Anniversary of Escor Corp., the Manager of Catering Services of Ildefonso Hotel & Suite went to the Wet Market to look for Giovanni Catilogo.

MCS: I'm looking for Giovanni Catilogo.

Giovanni: I'm Giovanni Catilogo, how can I help?

MCS: I'm Chris, the Manager of Catering Services in Ildefonso Hotel & Suite. I'm inquiring if you can supply us a tuna for the Anniversary of Escor Corp tomorrow.

Remedios was glad to hear the offer and thinks that this is a great opportunity for them to make a big profit.

Remedios: Yes sir! That's what my son can do.

MCS: Great! We are expecting it tomorrow at 1:00 PM.

Giovanni: Yes Sir Chris. Thank you for choosing us.

MCS: Not a problem.

MCS handed the calling card to Giovanni in case he has questions.

MCS: Here's our calling card in case you have a question.

Giovanni accepted the calling card.

Giovanni: Thanks again, sir.

MCS: You're welcome! See you tomorrow!

MCS was about to leave but he returned to Giovanni's store.

MCS: I have also an offer Mr. Giovanni Catilogo.

Giovanni: May I ask, what is it, sir?

MCS: The event is too big and we need to have more Waiters tomorrow. Maybe you can work for us too, as a Waiter.

Giovanni: Sh-Sure. Thank you.

Giovanni accepted the offer.

MCS left and immediately called Daisy White.

It was Daisy who recommended the Catering Services to get a supply for tuna from Giovanni and her Mom Remedios' store. She also asked to consider Giovanni as Waiter at the event for extra income and for her to get a chance to talk with him too.

Daisy went to the Salvatierra Mansion to give the invitation card from Escor Corp's 3rd Anniversary.

When she arrives, she sees Veronica drinking a juice or a shake in the pool area and immediately approaches her.

Daisy: Hello Queen Veronica.

Veronica: I love the consistency of yours by calling me a Queen, Daisy.

Daisy: Of course! You're the Mayor's wife of San Ildefonso City.

Veronica: Thank you.

Daisy: Since Arjun Escordia won't be able to come here to give this invitation card personally, I just volunteered myself instead.

Veronica: That's very nice of you.

Veronica took the invitation card from Daisy.

Veronica: I appreciate your effort Daisy.

Daisy: Small things Queen Veronica, so we're expecting your Foundation to be there. And, I really need to go.

Veronica: You're leaving right away? I know how busy you are and the company, but why not try my Fruit Shake first before you leave.

Daisy: What a sweet gesture of you Veronica but thank you, I have more important things to do.

Veronica: I fully understand.

Ronaldo entered the conversation with them.

Ronaldo: Daisy, it's you.

Daisy: Good Afternoon Mayor. I just came here to invite all of you for tomorrow's event.

Ronaldo: Thank you. It's a 3rd Anniversary, isn't it?

Daisy: You're right.

Ronaldo: Awesome! I'll ask my son to be your date tomorrow-

Daisy: That's fine Mayor, you don't need to ask him. He's my date tomorrow. See you, and I have to go now.

After Daisy left, Ronaldo went straight to his son's bedroom. When he entered the room, he saw Genesis busy playing games.

Ronaldo: Genesis?

Gen: Yes, Dad, I'm busy!

Ronaldo: Daisy is here.

Genesis stops playing when he heard Daisy is here.

Gen: Oh? Where is she?

Ronaldo: She left already actually.

Gen: Why didn't you tell me? I haven't seen her for several days already.

Ronaldo: Didn't she come to you the other day to see you?

Gen: No?

Ronaldo: Ahh, maybe you were still sleeping at that time when she came to see you.

Gen: Ahhh! What a shame!

Genesis is frustrated with himself.

Ronaldo: Anyway, she's your date tomorrow and please take care of her.

Gen: Of course!

Before Ronaldo leaving the room, his son has a personal question to him about Daisy.

Gen: Do you like her?

Ronaldo is deeply distressed by his son's question and could not answer directly.

Gen: I know that.

Ronaldo: Yes!

Gen felt heavy inside when he heard his father's response.

Ronaldo: I like her, for you.

Genesis quickly relieved when he heard that his dad wanted Daisy for him.

Gen: I thought you wanted to compete with me just to win her heart.

The father laughed.

Ronaldo: What's for you is for you. What are you playing anyway? I want to play too.

Gen: Sure! Have a seat!

Ronaldo sat next to his son and joined the game.

He knew his son would be hurt if he said he had feelings for Daisy. So he just chose not to tell the truth for his son.

While Veronica was outside Genesis' room and secretly listened to what they were talking about, she was also shocked and frightened when she heard her husband say that he liked Daisy but immediately retracted. Something that made her feel better.

The night of the 3rd Anniversary of Escor Corp is about to start and a beautiful Spanish music is currently playing at the event.

The beautiful guitar music was requested by Arjun Escordia to be played at the event as he is Half Filipino and Half Spanish.

The set up of the event is perfect and very glamorous.

Daisy White finally arrived at the venue and she's wearing a glamorous pink gown with a princess hairstyle.

Everyone is looking at her as she looks like a princess who has run away in the Castle to look for her Prince Charming.

Meanwhile, Loward is now watching the event live at home and he saw the entrance of his best friend at the event.

Loward: What a fairytale entrance!

Daisy immediately saw Arjun Escordia while entertaining some of his invited visitors.

Daisy: Are you fascinated by my beauty? Watch out guys, because there is something even more magical, fascination and surprise you will witness later.

These are the words running through her mind as she entered the event while staring at Arjun Escordia.

What is the magical and mysterious surprise that Daisy intended for the guests during the Anniversary of Escor Corp? Will they be happy with Daisy's explosion or will they be shocked out of the blue? Or is this a celebration of Arjun's downfall?
