Chapter 5 : Bonds never die

Akira's POV~
"Don't worry, baby. Bhai will make everything right, "he said while hugging me tightly.
I hugged him and stopped crying. It's high time I should apologize him.
"Sorry bhai. I am really sorry bhai. I caused you so much pain", I said.
"I didn't call you bhai for so much time. I am really sorry", I said. He just caressed my hair.
"It's okay. It's okay, bachha", he said.
After sometime, we both just sat in silence.
"Do you know from how much time I am craving for this Aki?", he said while holding my hand. I felt bad for him. When I was about to say sorry again, he placed his palm on my mouth.
"I am happy, Aki. I am really happy. I got my little sister back", he said while holding my hands tightly. I just smiled at him.
"How about we eat something?", he asked.
"Okay", I nodded.
I heard a knock and saw a bodyguard with a bag in his hand. He took the bag send away the bodyguard.
"I brought your favourite Italian pasta", he said.
"Really?", I asked in excitement.
"Yep", he smiled looking at me.
He placed a small table in front of me. We opened the boxes and it's so hot.
"How did you got the pasta at this time?", I asked being puzzled.
"I..I got..I threatened to open the restaurant and made the chef do it", he said while smiling.
"Don't do that again, bhai", I said.
" Okay..okay", he said.
He fed the whole pasta to me even when I said it's enough. After eating, he helped me laid on the bed.
"Go to sleep, Aki", he said while caressing my hair.
"Bhai, when we will be going to home?", I asked.
"Tomorrow evening, may be", he said.
"What?", I screamed.
"No..no..I don't want to stay here. We will leave morning", I whined.
"But you need some rest", he said.
"I will rest at home, bhai", I said.
"But we should take opinion of doctor", he said.
"Okay", I said in low voice.
"Sleep Aki. you are weak", he said. I hummed.
I don't know when I slowly started sleep.
I felt someone caressing my cheek. I opened my eyes but didn't saw anyone. I saw my brother sitting on couch with his phone.
May be, it's my imagination.
I closed my eyes and slept.

I slowly open my eyes. It's been so long when I slept so well. Maybe I missed my brother so much.
I slowly sat on the bed. I didn't saw anyone in the room. Suddenly, I saw someone enter the room.
I saw my brother coming inside with a bag in his hand.
"Bhai..Where you went?", I asked him.
"I went to bring your clothes", he said.
"Bhai...Can we leave? I promise I will rest in my room", I said.
"Are you sure?", he asked.
"Yeah", I whined.
"Okay. Let's go. Change your clothes. I will complete the discharge papers", he said.
"Okay..Thank you, bhai", I said excitedly and left to bathroom.
After freshening up, I went outside. I saw my brother sat with his phone.
"Bhai...I am hungry", I said.
"Let's go. I asked our cook to make something light", he said.
We both went out and sat in the car. Soon we reached home. He took me inside while holding my hand and placed his hand on shoulder pulling me closer.
"Bhai. I can walk", I said.
"But I am worried", he said.
"You have scratches on your arms and knees. I will ask the nurse too dis infect the wounds", he said.
"Bhai..I can do it myself ", I said.
"But", he said.
"Please bhai. I don't want anyone in my room", I said. He sighed.
"Then I will disinfect your wounds", he said. I sighed and nodded.
After sitting in dining room. I saw a chicken porridge on the table. I made a face looking at it.
"Bachha..You need to have it", he said while sitting.
Slowly, we both have it in silence. Suddenly, I remembered Harshi. I immediately get up. I need to go to school now.
"Bachha..What happened?", he panicked.
"Bhai..School. I need to go to school", I said.
"Bachha..I have already informed your teacher that you will not attend the school as your health is not good", he said.
"But bhai", I said.
"Bachha..See the time.. It's already past our school time. We can go tomorrow", he said. I nodded.
"Now sit and complete the porridge", he said and made me sit.
Although I want to go to school but slowly but I felt confidence in me is draining in me.
How should I explain all this to Harshi? Will she understand me? What should I even say?
"Bachha..Akii", I heard a scream. I saw my brother yelling at me.
"What are you even thinking, baby?", he asked.
"Nothing bhai", I said.
"Bachha..You can share it with me", he said.
"Bhai", I said.
"Please understand me. I will help you. Do you know how I felt when I saw you yesterday?", he asked.
"I felt I failed as a brother. I can't even protect you", I said.
"No bhai..It's not your fault", I said hurriedly.
"It's complicated, bhai", I said. He sighed.
"Bhai. Listen to me. I will tell you everything ", I said. He looked at me with utmost conviction.
"Bhai..You know my friend right?", I asked. He nodded.
"Yetserday, she got to know that you are my brother. We both had a argument. She was mad that I didn't tell her anything before", I said while tears left my eyes.
"No bachha..Don't cry", he said while wiping my tears.
"Do you want me talk to her?", he asked.
"No bhai..Please don't ", I panicked.
"Okay..Okay..Don't worry. I won't speak to her", he said.
"I don't know how to convince her", I said.
"Baby. She will come around quickly. Don't worry. Just explain yourself, your point of view. Apologize her. She will definitely forgive you", he said.
"Really? She will forgive me?", I asked.
He nodded.
"How are you so sure?", I asked.
"Because..bonds never die", he said while caressing her hair.
"Yep bachha. Who can be angry with you for so long? Tomorrow you can go to school and convince her", he said. I nodded smiling.
We both talked about some random topics.
"Bachha..You can rest for sometime in your room. I will bring the medicine", he said. I nodded.
I laid on my bed. I felt I will definitely convince her.
"Please God!! Don't snatch my friend from me", I said
