Falling Rain

Mason 

    Without a word I picked her up in my arms and walked into the house. She is soaking wet from the ride back and she looks so damned beautiful, I don’t want to share her with anyone. I know we should have gone back to the celebration but I can’t bring myself to do it. 

    Even if she doesn’t feel ready to finally become one with me I’ll be content with just holding her all night. Keeping her close to my heart, just for tonight is all I wish for. 

    I walk up the stairs, she is shivering. I get to the bathroom and sit on the edge of the tub, balancing her on my lap and I begin filling the tub. I help her stand and slowly begin to peel off her dress. The satin clings to her body with force, I pull it down her shoulders and her chest. She is not wearing a bra and she blushes and looks away. 

“You are beautiful” I whisper to her as I pull her face towards me. I bring my lips onto hers hesitantly, not sure if she wants it or not. She grips onto my shirt, pulling me closer to her, I bring my one arm around her waist to help support her. She must be tired, so I can easily support her weight and help her stand. 

    My tongue slides into her mouth and explores her inside out. She is breathing heavily into my mouth, she shivers once more. I realize I have left her completely exposed, her n*****s are rock hard against my chest. My other hand comes down her neck gently, making its way towards her breasts. 

    I kiss down her neck, towards her breasts, her breathing is staggered and heavy. My tongue flicks over her n****e, making her gasp. She clings to me like her legs are going to give out on her any second. I hold her closer to my body, her back is arched into me, her chest propped up at the perfect angle for me to suck gently on her perfect breasts. 

    She moans softly and I can feel her nails digging into my shoulders, leaving behind little crescent moons. I can feel my member staining in my pants, pressing against her thigh, she doesn't seem to notice it or just doesn’t care. 

The water in the bathtub starts to overflow, I quickly turn off the faucet and return to kissing her neck. 

“Mason..” She whispers my name, I pull away from her quickly, afraid I’ve gone too far and she is upset. One look into her eyes tells me that is not the case. She doesn’t look upset at all, but lustful. I can smell her arousal, how wet she must be. 

“I’m sorry.. I know you're not ready” I say as I straighten myself up.

    She turns beet red and looks towards the bathtub, I watch as she eases the dress the rest of the way off her body. It falls to the floor in a small heap, I help her step out of it and watch as she goes for her panties. She slides them over her thighs and down to the floor they fall. I help her into the tub and go to leave her to warm up when she grabs my arm. 

“Would you join me?” She whispers so low I almost miss it. 

“Are you sure? We don’t have to rush anything” I tell her, that’s the last thing I want to do. 

“I want to have a bath with you Mason,” She says, looking up at me. 

    I slowly unbutton my dress shirt, letting it fall off my shoulders, she watches me undo each button. We don’t take our eyes off each other for a second. I pull my jeans off and step out of them. My boxers are next, suddenly I feel all sorts of nervous, she still has her eyes on me and is not looking away. I slowly peel them down, unleashing my rock hard member to her. Her eyes widen and she finally looks away, her face the deepest shade of red I have ever seen. 

    I smile smugly as I step into the water behind her. I settle in and wrap my hand around her waist and pull her back into me, letting my member hit her lower back. Her back is flush against my chest, my hands wrapped around her. 

We sit silently for a few minutes before she speaks, grabbing the washcloth. 

“Would you mind?” She hands me the cloth and pulls her hair to the side, giving me access to her back. 

I take it from her shaking hands and begin to wash her back, lathering the soap onto her soft skin.  

“You know I’m really proud of you, you did such an amazing job tonight” I tell her as I rinse away the soap from her back. 

“Really? I didn’t make a fool of myself?” Her voice shakes 

“Of course not. You demonstrated such amazing strength to our pack” 

She is quiet for a while, I can hear her heart beating steadily. I sense she has something to say or ask but she doesn't speak.  

“Can we go see my parents and brother soon?” She finally asks, moving off my chest in anticipation.  

“Of course we can. Whenever you want to go we will. I can start arrangements tomorrow if you’d like” She seems to relax, and nods, leaning back into me again. 

“Thank you Mason” She whispers before lacing her head on my shoulder and closing her eyes. I let her rest for a while before I whisper in her ear we need to get out. She just moans and shifts off me, letting me get out of the tub. I grab a towel, wrapping it around my waist before I pluck her out of the water. I wrap her in a warm fluffy towel and carry her to the bed. 

    I lay her down and pull the blankets over her. I go and pull on a pair of clean boxers before crawling into bed behind her. I kiss her shoulder before wrapping my arm around her and pulling her into my chest. 

    In the morning I sneak out of bed and head to my office, I promised to arrange for us to go see her family and I need to make good on it. I call and tell their pack Alpha, Martian, Rain’s father and let him know that me and my Mate, the Queen Luna are coming for a visit to inspect the lands. I don’t give any details about Rain being his long lost daughter, I figured a surprise would be best for everyone. Once preparations are complete, I go to find Rain. I want to let her know right away that we will be leaving in two days, she will finally be reunited.  

I found mom on my way to finding Rain, she was also looking for her. 

“Well I think it’s about time for her to join in on eating in the dining hall with the rest of the pack, and just being more active within the pack. It will be good for her” Mom says as we walk to the bedroom.  Rain is sitting by the window, looking bored. 

“Hello my dear.. How would you like joining us for lunch in the dining hall?” Annie asks as she comes over to Rain’s side. 

“Really? Can I?” She looks to me as if she needs permission. 

“Of course Rain...” 

“I thought I had to stay in the room” 

“Rain, you can leave the room whenever you want. I just didn’t want to push you to do anything until you were ready. I’m sorry if I made you feel trapped in this room”  I feel awful that because I was trying so hard to protect her, she felt like she couldn’t go anywhere. 

We make our way down to the dining hall and I see Helen, my baby sister sitting at the table with the twins. 

    Helen was born with our mothers heart condition and has been in and out of the hospital since she was little. She has no wolf and I haven’t seen her in three months. She was sent to a specialist and stayed in a treatment center for a while. 

“Mason!” She cries as she sees me, she jumps up from the table and runs towards me, jumping into my arms for a hug. “I missed you!” 

“I missed you too Kiddo.. I’m glad to see you feeling better.. Helen.. This is my Mate Rain.. Rain this is my little sister Helen” I put Helen back on her feet and introduce them. Helen smiles ear to ear and shakes Rain’s hand. 

“It’s so great to finally meet you Luna Rain.. I’ve been waiting for this moment ever since I heard Mason found you. Let’s be best friends okay?” 

“Yes I’d like that” Rain smiles and nods at her. 

We sit around the dining table and have some lunch, the twins tease Helen about her new braces and she pouts. Rain tells her she thinks they are cute and Helen perks up a little bit, smiling at the table. 

“After lunch let's go for a walk!” Helen says to Rain hopefully. 

“Actually, I have to talk to Rain for a few minutes but I can take her outside to meet you once we are done” I say, Helen nods and heads outside with mom and the twins. 

“So, we leave in two days, it’s only about an hour to your parent’s pack. We can stay as long as you’d like but I have set up for a week already in advance… we can always make adjustments once we are there” I tell her, she looks so happy, there's a light in her eyes that I haven't seen before. 

“Thank you.. Do they know I’m coming?” 

“All I said was that I am inspecting the lands with their new Queen Luna.. they don’t know any details other than that. I figured it was for the best” I kneel beside her and she pulls me into a tight hug. 

When I pull back I see she is crying, 

“What’s wrong?” I ask, looking at her, afraid I may have hurt her somehow. 

“I’m just so happy… you’ve done so much for me. Your family accepted me right off the bat...you’ve all been so kind to me.. Like a real family” She sniffles. 

“You don’t understand it yet? You are family. You became family the moment I saw you”
