An Affair With My Brother-in-law

It was their fifth wedding anniversary, so Ava decided to give her husband, James Haines, a surprise visit at his office. On getting to the top floor of the company, Ava was surprised that her friend Hailey was not at her post. With much difficulty, she was able to convince James to hire Hailey as his secretary, but if Hailey was slacking off on her job, then she wouldn't say anything if James decided to fire her. Ava walked past the empty secretary's post to her husband's office, but the moment she opened the door, her legs stood frozen at the scene in front of her. Hailey was naked, bent over his desk while her husband was behind her, his trousers down to his knees, and the moans and groans coming from them were sounds she was sure would haunt her forever. Ava slammed the door loudly, gaining their attention and when James turned to see who it was, his eyes widened in surprise and he quickly wore his trousers. Hailey also quickly wore her gown and said, "Ava...why are you here?" Ava was too stunned to say anything, just the way her legs had refused to move; even her mouth was finding it difficult to speak. He was her mate; this morning he had told her that he loved her, so how come he was buried deep inside her friend a moment ago? James quickly walked to Ava and said, "Baby, you should have told me you were coming." Ava looked at him in disbelief and finally asked, "Is that the only thing you can tell me right now? Should I have told you that I was coming?" James glanced at Hailey and then at Ava as he said, "Go home; we will talk about this when I get home." Out of anger, Ava slapped James and was about to hit him again when he held her hand. Hailey immediately rushed to James, and her eyes glared at Ava as she asked, "Why did you hit him? Is it his fault that even after being married for five years, you haven't been able to make him a father?" Ava laughed in disbelief and used her other hand to slap Hailey. Hailey gasped sharply at being hit, and her hand protectively went to her belly. She glared at Ava and said, "Hit me all you want, but it won't change the fact that you are infertile. It won't change the fact that my baby will become his heir." Ava's gaze moved to her belly and then to James, who had no remorse in his eyes. "I will make you pay for this humiliation." She promised him before leaving. After she left, James wanted to go after her but Hailey held his hand and place it on her belly. Understanding what she meant, James nodded and said, "Ava, anger will subside, and everything will be alright." Hailey frown as she asked "You don't want her to divorce you?" James looked at Hailey as if she were an i***t and removed his hand from her belly. "Divorce? Are you out of your mind?" "But I..." James sneered and said "Do you think I will leave Ava for you?" "Then our child will be known as illegitimate, is that what you want." Hailey shouted, hoping for him to see reason. James sighed and said "That won't happen. After the baby is born then I will give the child to Ava, for both of us to raise. Ava and I have been together for five years and I know she loves me a lot, she will eventually forgive me for this and will accept your child as hers if I ask her for it." "And you think I will give my child away?" Hailey asked angrily. James looked at her and then grabbed her chin as he said "I know you would for the right price. Ten million, twenty million, it doesn't matter how much you call, I will pay but get that stupid idea of me leaving Ava out of your idea." As her eyes became teary, Hailey removed his hand from her face and was about to leave when James held her and said in a commanding voice "I haven't finished. Get back to the desk." Hailey glared at him and, despite the disappointment in her heart, she knew she couldn't lose James. He was rich, handsome and currently the only one that could change her life. It's ok if he still feels reluctant from leaving Ava, after all they have been together for five years, but once this baby is born, she will use it to enter the Haines family and become the only Mrs.Haines. With that thought, Hailey took off her gown and return to her position before Ava had caught them. To her, James was hers and she will do anything to make sure that never changed. .......... Heartbroken at the scene she had walked into at her husband office, Ava drove aimlessly at the city for a while before arriving at a bar with the goal of getting drunk. Hailey was her college friend, and when she had no place to stay, she had stayed in their house for a week before moving to her own apartment. Ava wondered if that was when their affair started or was it when she begged James to make Hailey is personal assistant. Tears flowed from her eyes as she took in her fourth whiskey and gave the bartender her glass for another one. Today was their anniversary; it was supposed to be a happy day for them, but instead, he didn't even show a single remorse for cheating on her with Hailey. Ava felt so heartbroken, but she didn't want to cry; she didn't want to become like her mother, who destroyed herself because of a man. No, she had taken an oath that it would not happen to her. "Are you alone?" An unfamiliar voice asked. Ava turned to see a very gorgeous man; his dark hair was neatly trimmed, but what captivated her most was his beautiful blue eyes. The man smiled as Ava kept checking him out, and he sat beside her; however, his smile faltered when he saw a ring on her finger. "You are married." He commented. Ava's gaze moved to her ring finger, and she immediately removed it and gave it to him as she asked, "How much for a night?" The man looked at her amusedly, and he noticed the tears in her eyes. He leaned closer to her and asked "Did he hurt you?" Ava shrugged and said, "Caught him screwing my friend on our wedding anniversary, and I refuse to sit here and cry over a man." She pointed to her ring and asked, "I'm sure this ring is worth a lot and will be enough to pay for your services." The man chuckled, and his finger traced her lips as he replied, "I am not an escort, baby girl, and I definitely do not need your money." "Then...what do you need?" The man shook his thumb inside her mouth, and Ava shuddered, making his eyes darken as he replied, "You." Ava sucked his thumb inside her mouth, her eyes never leaving his as she whispered, "Then take me."
