Chapter 27 - Under the Moonlight
[Calysta] "Get Ayu!" Gabriel shouts, even before we enter the gates. One of the guards immediately runs back inside. Ezakar has lost a lot of blood along the way and his condition worsened as we rode back. We stop our horses right by the infirmary, and Ayu and the other healers approach the squire's horse that carries Ezakar as well. Ser Rem immediately approaches to help Ezakar down. It looks like he has lost consciousness at this point. "Get him inside." Ayu instructs. Ser Rem and his right hand man carry Ezakar into the infirmary. "What happened?"
