Caleb Keating felt the ground shake under his feet a moment before, as he watched in horror, cracks started appearing in the wall around the city and the wall shattered raining down debris everywhere. Large chunks of the wall plummeted to the ground with loud impacts that caused severe damage. Houses were shattered around him and people fled screaming. Destruction and death rained down around Caleb like divine punishment and Caleb stood still, unharmed. The stench of blood filled the air and sirens soon blared all around him. People ran past Caleb.
