Abigail and Rachel moved among the crowds on the streets of Eden copying the behaviour of the other citizens to avoid standing out. The soldiers all around them watched everyone with intense scrutiny. That was normal but there was something different about them today Abigail thought. They seemed to be looking for someone. Is it us? Abigail wondered. She had used her magic to make herself look human and alter their appearances to anyone who looked at them but Rachel seemed a lot tenser than she usually was. Normally she was calm and in control, exhibiting little emotion. That calm was now gone and in its place was a nervous energy making her act fidgety.
