"Of course, sorry." said Samirith as he swipes on to the next target which is a unusual ship labeled as Nefeoph. "What about this one?" asked Samirith. Zelia takes a closer look with silence.
"What the hell is Negrophobe?" asked Zelia.
"I think it's pronounced Nefeoph, they're new, best if we stay clear of them." said Wasim. "In that case, let's give them a little welcome treat." said Zelia. "No, no, no, no way, we need to know what we are dealing with before dealing with, right?" replied Samirith.
Both Zelia and Wasim look back at him with confusion. "Come on guys, we have no idea who the hell are they." said Samirith. "Point noted but, if this is just a defenseless ship stranded at sea, this might be our lucky day, the decision falls down to you Captain." said Wasim. Zelia then does a long burp then stops. "Do it." said Zelia.
"Alright then, but remember, I told you so." said Samirith as he locks on to it and heads towards it with weapons loaded. After few minutes they finally reach their target, the ship looks really massive compared to Trinity's, even it's structure looks alien to them, it is unlike anything they seen before, the ship has a unique type of sails structure, it looks technological too but varies from their ship in so many ways. Samirith then moves the Trinity closer and start to notice there isn't any anyone on it. "What in the hell is that?" asked Samirith.
"Get me a clear view." said Zelia. Just as they observe closer, suddenly the Nefeoph ship starts to change its structure as cannons start popping out from inside out with all cannons directly aiming at their ship. "That doesn't look good." said Wasim.
"Turn it, turn it, now." said Zelia. Samirith starts to take the Trinity a turn and starts to move far away from the ship as possible but surprisingly, the alien ship starts chasing him down. "s**t, why aren't they disappearing?" asked Wasim.
"They're chasing us down, it's a trap." said Zelia. "Not if we get caught." said Samirith. Just as he steers the Trinity, mist at a greater distance starts to clear slowly which reveals something far ahead. Suddenly, several red dots start appearing ahead of them.
"What is that?" asked Wasim. "Danger, looks like we're going to have our hands full, Sammy, keep our girl steady and without getting hit." said Zelia as he goes over to grab her weapons and heads above.
"Why? What's going on?" asked Samirith. "I'll stay in the cabin, bye." said Wasim as he runs away. "Could somebody tell me what the hell is going on?" asked Samirith.
He turns back to see no one but himself in the room, after a sigh, he returns to his work. "Alright then, let's do this." said Samirith.
Few moments later, at the defense systems deck,
Just as Zelia rushed to the deck, the cannoneers who were just relaxing and having their drinks with relaxation looked at her with shocked expression.
After taking a breath, Zelia stands up and sees the whole crowd staring at her. "Get to work! Now!" yells Zelia. After her command, the whole crowd rushed back to work, getting ready their cannons and weapons systems.
Meanwhile in the Navigation Room.
Just as Zelia is bringing weapons systems back, Samirith is trying his best to shake the alien ship off his tail.
Just as he steers, the rival ship shoots a grappling hook at a greater distance at them which causes the Trinity to sustain heavy damage thus making the "Red Alert" which was a system designed to inform the crew members that their ship is under attack by making red lights flash and iconic sounds go off all over the ship.
"Sammy, what the hell is going on?" asked Zelia through the ship's handheld transceiver. Hearing this, Samirith immediately takes up the transceiver and clicks to report back the situation.
"We got hit with a hook, they're locked on to us Captain." replied back Samirith. "s**t, alright Sammy listen to me very carefully, the more you're on the open sea, the less time it'll take to grab us, head to rocky path, try to use that hook as an advantage, got it?" asked Zelia.
"Roger that Captain." replied Samirith as he immediately turns towards land, after reaching close he steers into a nearby strait while pulling the rival ship with him.
As he moves it through, he comes across various rocky obstacles but even then he pulls it off by going through small gaps within the strait and turn the Trinity to the side so that the rival ship could get knocked off at all the obstacles. Just as he planned, the Trinity safety went aside and through the gaps forcing rival ship to drop the hook.
"Yay, that's right buggers, leave the sailing to the experts." yells Cutface who mysteriously reappeared at the navigational Room. Samirith stares at him for a moment, then returns back to his work. After few minutes, they successfully evaded the alien ship but however lamentable to them, victory came at a cost since the Trinity is now in the Kar'wiyah territory.
"I think we lost them Captain." said Samirith through the handheld transceiver. "Roger that, I'm heading back, where are we by the way?" asked Zelia. Samirith looks through the GPS their exact location, just as the map points the Trinity's location Wasim pops back into the Navigation Room.
"Oh shit." said Samirith as he stares at the screen. "What? (Wasim immediately views the situation) you complete idiot." said Wasim. Samirith immediately takes the transceiver. "Um, Captain, there is something you must know." said Samirith. "Why, what now?" asked Zelia. "We may have stumbled into the Kar'wiyah territory." said Samirith. " We need to turn back, now!" yells Wasim.
"Don't worry, no one has actually spotted us yet, I think we can slip through." said Samirith. "Nope, too risky." said Wasim. "Going back to whatever that thing was is risky too, we have no choice." said Samirith.
"Keep going, I'll have the weapons loaded just in case." said Zelia through the transceiver. Just as the Trinity moves forward, mist slowly surrounds them, leaving nothing but their radar as their only way of seeing.
"This is a bad idea." said Wasim. "Shut up." whispers Samirith as he steers. "Don't you think I know that?" whispers back Wasim.
After few minutes, it became complete silence, not even a word was ushered since they were scared for their lives but suddenly the radar picks up two targets. "s**t, retreat, now!" yells Wasim. "Wait, Sammy, can they see us?" asked Zelia through the transceiver.
"Well, we did upgrade our ship with the gadgets we found at that abandoned Alphaex ship last week." said Samirith. "So?" asked Zelia. "If those ships have outdated technology, they wouldn't detect us at all." said Samirith.
"What if they did?" asked Wasim. Samirith remains silent as he moves forward silently. Just as they move, they begin to get closer one of the Kar'wiyah ships. The ship remains silent since the mist is blocking their vision, using this the Trinity successfully gets pass the ship without them noticing.
"Yes, we did it." whispers Wasim. Just as they race away from the mist and the ships., a huge horn sound is heard from far away. "What the hell was that?" asked Zelia. The mist clears from their location only to find themselves in a huge battlefield that had been going on for hours.
The island of Uragne which was captured by Kar'wiyah is now under attack by none other than the Nefeoph. "No b****y way." said Samirith. "Looks like we aren't the only ones." said Wasim.
"Don't tell me they spotted us already, s**t" said Zelia through the transreciever right before she accidentally throws it, the transreciever knocks at the Master Control Command which activates it to which Zelia reacts surprised.
Just before Samirith could reply, the Kar'wiyah warship they escaped from emerges from the mist behind them. "We're dead." said Wasim. "Not yet lads, Sammy keep steering at a angle where we can hit them and they cannot hit us." said Zelia but this time, not through the transreciever.
"Wait, how did you know about the ship?" asked Samirith. "The Command control was behind me all along, I didn't see it until now." said Zelia. "Oh, I see, great." said Samirith. "No time to chit chat Sammy, get to work." said Zelia.
"You got it Captain." said Samirith. The Trinity then turns aside to the Kar'wiyah warship, before the warship could hit, Samirith steers the Trinity to the Warship's blind spot and maintains its place in there.
"Fire the cannons lads." yells Zelia.
The Cannons fire at the Warship but it doesn't damage since it is too far away, right after that, the Warship start to target with a Spikeshot cannon and hits directly at them which damages them critically. Sustaining the damage, Zelia falls to her feet. "Sammy, what did I just say?" yells Zelia.
"Apologies Cap, they just hit us with a Spikeshot cannon, I think." said Samirith. "What's…." said Zelia before getting interrupted by Wasim. "An Artillery Cannon, mostly used by highly advanced military, Artillery is a class of heavy military ranged weapons built to launch munitions far beyond the range and power of infan…." said Wasim before getting interrupted by Zelia.
"Shut up Waas, I know what artillery means, I'm a Ship Captain for God sake, Get closer Sammy, before they blow us to pieces." said Zelia. "You got it Captain." said Samirith who is quite excited about his first naval battle as a navigator.
The Trinity moves closer to the Warship while remaining in the blind spot. Just as they go, one of the Nefeoph too approaches the battlefield from the island's side, causing the Trinity to get caught in the middle.
"s**t, Captain, what are your orders?" asked Samirith. "Keep following orders Sammy, I'll take care of that." said Zelia as he starts to activate the a certain particular weapons systems she had prepared for situations like this. Just as the Trinity gets closer to Warship, the Nefeoph too approaches closer to the Trinity. "Captain?" asked Samirith.
"Wait for it." replied Zelia.
The Nefeoph ship moves even closer just as the Trinity is to Warship. "Captain?" yells Samirith. "One minute." said Zelia. The rival ships are locking their target while the Trinity is caught in the middle.
"Captain!" yells Samirith once more. "Alright, I hear you, just a minute." said Zelia.
"We don't have one" replied Wasim.
"Zee… Captain, it's now or never." said Samirith with a little hesitancy.
