Continuous thunderstorms are occuring throughout Nilsegroth while the kingdom of Atlaton is under siege. While the battle rages on one side, at the other side of the kingdom of Atlaton, a battalion of soldiers are guarding alongside a caravan heavily protected while a lady ordinarily dressed awaits someone. Few minutes later, the king himself along with the queen who is carrying their baby arrives alongside the royal guards, some of the royal guards carry supplies with them as they hand them over to caravan guards, the royals immediately rush to the lady. "Thank the Ki'rla you are here, I was beginning to get worried." said the lady. "Luckily we got here in time, didn't we?" replied the Queen. Just then fire arrows starts fires at the caravan out of nowhere, luckily it doesn't hit anyone but suddenly several high elves soldiers bash their way to the scene. Seeing this, the king and the royal guards prepares to defend as the caravan prepares to leave. "Death to the dark elves!" yells one of the high elf. "Take him, get as far away as possible." said the king as he engages in combat. "Wait! We are not leaving without you." replied the Queen. The king slashes his way through all the attackers without a single hit at him. Just then more enemies appear just as they begin to rush towards the caravan. "This is too much, maybe the queen is right, you should leave my king." said one of the royal guard. "I swore an oath to protect my kingdom no matter the cost, I will die trying, never shall I abandon the battlefield leaving others to shed blood for me." said the king. "But…" said the Queen before getting interrupted by the King. "We'll hold them off but not for long, take him away, please." replied the king. The Queen cries as he begins to approach the king but the lady pulls her back straight into the caravan, the horses gallops just as the caravan moves along with it, leaving the king and the guards who stayed behind to fend for themselves. Few minutes later… The caravan is turning side and forth as it moves with rapid speed just as the horses gallops, soon, more high elves approach with horses heading straight towards the caravan. The elves begin to shoot arrows at the caravan guards just as the queen begins to notice it. One by one, despite the odds, the elves are managing to finish the caravan guards one by one. "Rot in hell, you black skinned bastards!" yells one of the high elf just as he shoots directly at the head of the last caravan guard, finishing him off. The Queen becomes alerted as she hands over the baby to the lady and draws her sword. "My Queen, please don't." said the lady as she receives the baby. "Don't worry, I am not that old." said the Queen as he opens the caravan door as it moves, then she climbs above it and sees five elves rushing towards the caravan. She then looks at her left hand and begins to draw out her energies, making a dark aura form all over her slowly just as her eyes glow purple, just then one of the elf get closer to her while drawing his bow. The Queen lunges at him at a distance but successfully lands on his horse just as she cuts off his head. "I may be black in colour, but the true darkness lies with you bastards!" yells the Queen as she charges her energies at the horses, perfectly knocking them all down. Just then, more high elves approach them from aside. "Looks like the fun is just getting started." whispers just as she smiles while drawing her powers. While the Queen is engaging, the caravan moves without a single hit, but suddenly tides take a turn when the caravan guard notices a blockade at a greater distance. "Blockade." Yells the caravan rider. The Queen notices it just as she cuts off the last of the high elf rider's head. Seeing as her baby is in danger, her powers get even more charged as she uses it to lunge back on the caravan. Just as she arrives, the caravan begins to move closer to the blockade, knowing it's now or never, the Queen jumps on the side of the caravan close to the door, then she fully charges her powers and blasts on the blockade, the blast was so powerful that it devastated the blockade, opening the way wide. The Caravan paves its way through just as the Queen gets back in. The Queen immediately tends back to her baby as soon as she gets in. "How's he?" asked the Queen. "He is alright your majesty, wish I could say the same for us." said the lady. "What do you mea…" asked the Queen just as the lady stabs her swiftly. The Queen chokes as the blood begins to dip from her mouth. "Why?" asked Queen as tears flow through her eyes. "I am truly sorry your majesty, I really am." cried the lady as she pulls the dagger from her chest. "Know that it breaks my heart to do this to you but this is the only way to save her, surely you would understand what's it like to do anything for our child's sake." said the lady as she kicks off the Queen off the caravan, leaving her to die. The baby starts to cry even though the lady is trying to calm him down. Few hours later.. The Caravan approaches Mythhallow, a small village occupied by wood elves but now taken hostage by the Legion as battalions of Legion swarm the place. The Caravan moves slowly through as the lady sees the wood elves who were once farmers and gatherers but now fallen victim to Legion's brutality. The Caravan reaches the center where two Draiczuin along with a head commander of this squad await them. The Caravan stops and the doors open. The lady emerges from the shadows and steps on the surface while carrying the baby. She observes the town and it's current state. The Head Commander notices her and start to approach her. "I used to come here often when I was just your age, they once called it the living symbol of unity of our two clans, now look at it." said the lady to the baby. "You are late." said the Head Commander. "Had a little trouble on the way, so do you have it?" asked the lady. The Head Commander reaches in his pouch and takes something, then shows that it is actually the gradient attached to the prism like structure. The lady rushes to grab it but the Head Commander quickly takes it back. "First, the baby." said the Head Commander. "Fine." said the lady who is about to hand over the baby but suddenly all of them hear a scream. Quickly both of them become alerted as they take their possessions back. "What was that?" asked the Head Commander. "You (the Commander points at a trooper) see what it is." said the Head Commander. The trooper obeys and goes to investigate but before he leaves a huge bang sound was heard behind them. "Something's wrong, the deal's off." said the Head Commander as he prepares to leave. "What? No, no way, I need it to save my daughter, besides I had to stab the Queen literally, no way I'm going empty handed." said the lady. "You did what?" asked the Head Commander in a shocked state. "Relax, the king had a last minute change so the boy's mother tagged along, however I got the job done didn't I?" asked the lady as smoke begins to emerge everywhere. Just had a minute not passed, a shadowy figure leaps forth while taking out dozens of soldiers just out of nowhere, shots are beginning to fire directly at them. "What the hell is going on?" asked the lady as she runs for cover. Soon one by one, the Legion's soldiers are being taken out by the mysterious foes. The lady stays in cover tightly holding the baby as the Legion soldiers are being slaughtered. Moments pass as the dust settles down and the smoke clears but still the lady lies hidden. The mysterious foes emerge from the shadows who begin to loot from the dead troopers. The lady looks through at a distance but goes back to hiding hearing what they say. "Even in death, they look disgusting." said one in a masculine tone. "Captain, take a look at this." said another masculine tone. Then after a few moments of silence, more voices begin to emerge. "The slaves have been taken aboard, what's next?" asked one in a slightly elderly tone. "It doesn't just add up, doesn't it? They loaded up the bastards and instead of leaving they just stayed here for a couple of days." said one of the voices. "They stayed because they were expecting something, or someone." said in a feminine voice. The lady gasps as she begins to think the only way to retreat is to run for life without looking back. "What do you mean?" asked one of the foes just as she is about to run but is suddenly pulled back by a hand. She quickly looks back only to see it is actually the Legion Head Commander whom she had presumed dead, is right beside her. he keeps a finger on her hand, telling her to keep quiet. "We got what we came for, let's just get out of here." said one of the voices. "Just wait for a b****y minute, will you?" replied the feminine voice as few cranking noises can be heard but then suddenly, the baby starts to cry which catches the attention of everyone. The lady calms him down but surprisingly not even a single noise is heard after the baby's cry. "At the count of five, run like hell, got it?" said the Head Commander. The lady nods as she begins to count. Just as she counts four, the Head Commander rushes to the surface and heads towards them with full force. The lady uses this distraction as cover to run like hell. Noises of the fight can be heard as She runs for her life with the baby but then she doesn't even catch a single a look back as her full attention is towards the front. After running for almost thirty minutes, her path is ended when she meets a river, she looks around to see any other way but unfortunately only garbages and rubbles are found everywhere as it looks to be where the people dumped their waste. "s**t, seriously." said the lady to herself. Just then she hears noises at a greater distance which sounds like the foes are on her tail. Realizing this, she decides that the baby would have a chance at the sea rather then be caught to those assassins as she grabs a nearby basket and places her scarf on the basket properly, then she lands the basket on the river while placing the baby on the basket, then she sets it sail and looks back and runs towards the foes. "Oye, I'm here bastards." yells the lady as she leads the foes elsewhere while leaving the baby alone to drift in the river.
