Camila walked quickly behind Winifred and followed her to the coffee machine. She looked at the machine as Winifred made coffee for the man.
"He likes it with one spoon of milk, no sugar, very hot. We also have to get him lunch, from down the street," Winnie said, and Camila frowned. She didn't like that at all. She wasn't even comfortable yet with making coffee for him, but going all the way down the street, to buy lunch?
Winnie looked at Camila's shoes and shook her head.
"How fast can you move in those?" She asked, and Camila shook her head this time. She was not going to walk around buying lunch and all that for Juan Romano. She had other plans.
"Doesn't the restaurant have delivery service?" Camila asked and smoothened her hair. Surely, they didn't expect her to get food for Mr. Romano every day. She wanted to learn how to run a company, not be a slave girl for Right Entreprises.
"I am sure that they do, but it has always been the job of the interns to get lunch. Either way, in as much as you get the lunch, there is no problem," Winnie said. Camila was already calculating how she would get the restaurant and order lunch as soon as possible. She was definitely an advocate for work smarter, not harder.
"The coffee is ready. Now take it in, drop it on the table, and walk out quietly. Whatever you do, do not disturb his work," Winnie said and handed her the cup of coffee on a tray and urged her into Mr. Romano's office.
Camila urged a smile on her face. Mr. Romano was going to see her for the very first time and really see her.
She did a mental workout, and she planned exactly what she was to do the moment she opened the door.
Mr. Romano, no, Juan, didn't even glance up as she walked into his office. He seemed very focused on what he was reading on his tablet. Camila didn't have the time to admire the architecture and design of the office, even the beautiful view behind it as she was too busy admiring something, someone else. The handsome Juan Romano. His brows furrowed as he looked over the tablet. Surely, he would have heard the sound of her heels. Yet, he didn't raise his head up to acknowledge her presence.
Camila cleared her throat a bit and bent to drop the tea on his table, making her boobs very close to Juan's face. That got his attention, at least.
Camila knew that the way she leaned over, a sliver of flesh would show when he raised his head up.
Camila felt her heart fly to ger throat when Juan's fingers rested on her open flesh. He raised his head up and looked at her now, raising up his eyebrows.
"What do you want?" Juan asked. He caught her. Camila didn't even have the chance to scope the area to understand him and to know how exactly she would go through with her seduction and revenge against Alex, and mostly if Juan would agree to be used as a tool of revenge against his own cousin. Camila already planned to use Juan with or without his acceptance.
"What do you mean?" Camila asked coyly, dropping the coffee on his table and straightening up.
"You look familiar," Juan said, and Camila froze. Camila did not take into consideration the fact that he may recognise her. She was his nephew's girlfriend of two years, even though they had never been introduced. She was also the daughter of his business partner. There was a high chance that he might have seen her around in some social events even if he barely attended.
"I would like to think so," Camila said coyly, even if she felt like her cover was about to be blown. She tried to calm herself and take control of the situation again, even if it truly felt like she had absolutely no power over what was happening.
She turned and started walking out of his office. When she got to the end of the table, she couldn't resist the temptation. Camila used her elbow to push a pen to the ground.
"Oops," she said and turned back to Juan with a smile. The look on his face was indecipherable, but she knew that he was still looking. He had to be intrigued.
She bent down by the waist to pick a pen up from the ground.
"f**k," she heard Juan muster from behind her, and she smiled. The way she bent, the top of her stockings would show. That was certainly enough for a first meeting.
Camila stood up gracefully and walked out of the office. Immediately, she was out. She did a little squeal and a happy dance. That was perfect.
"What happened?" Winnie asked, and Camila just shrugged. It was not like she could explain to her. Camila could not wait to tell her friends all about it.
Up until lunch, though, Camila was in her office and mostly helping Winnie out. She didn't see Juan again until lunch.
Camila managed to find the number online and ordered a sandwich and a cup of iced tea for Juan, just the way Winnie ordered. Their service was quite fast, and Camila put it on the company card. Right Enterprises could certainly afford to pay for delivery of their lunch.
Camila walked into Juan's office for the second time that day, and this time, she actually noticed how wonderful the place looked.
The glass walls showed the view of New York City from their height. The huge table that was in the middle of the room was so sleek and perfect, his chair, the paintings on the wall, the ambience was all just right for Juan Romano.
The man himself still looked perfect. His tie was still knotted as straight as it was in the morning. He was looking at his tab yet again, but this time, he didn't seem all interested in the tab. His vision kept drifting and he was looking at her. Camila was quite thrilled by her choice of dress. It seemed to be doing its job. Demure yet, seductive.
"Camila," he said. Her name rolled off his tongue with his delicious Italian accent. Unlike Alex, Juan had an Italian accent so rich. It sounded like he loved his heritage. Alex tended to run from anything Italian. He was the only Italian that Camila knew did not eat Pasta.
"Mr. Romano, I brought your lunch," Camila said as professionally as she could even though she was feeling like doing many unprofessional things with Juan at the moment.
Camila dropped it at his table, bending again and brushing her hand against his shirt ever so slightly.
"Enjoy your meal," Camila said and began to leave. She turned when she was at the door and she saw Juan looking at her with hooded eyes. The day was much more exciting than she thought.
"Let's go get something at the canteen," Winnie said when Camila came outside and dragged her to the canteen.
Left to Camila, she wouldn't leave the sight of the CEO. Her aim involved Juan either way, only him. She had no need to socialize with anyone else. Camila also knew that she had to play as low as possible. She shouldn't make it so obvious that she wanted to have s*x with the CEO.
Winnie took her to the buffet, and they both got a sandwich, Camila took a glass of orange juice with her sandwich and at with Winnie.
"So how are you enjoying your time at Right Entreprises?" She asked her, and Camila shrugged. Nothing much had happened yet, but she was actually enjoying the eye candy and thrills she was getting from seducing the CEO.
"We haven't done much yet. The CEO is nice, though. I am sure that I will learn and gain more experience as time goes by," Camila said.
"Mr. Romano likes you a lot, though. He is never as nice to new secretaries. They are always crying on the first day," Winnie said, and Camila raised an eyebrow.
"Really?" Juan did not strike Camila as someone that was scary. Then again, she knew of his reputation. He definitely had it in him. If she didn't know anything about him previously, she might not have been surprised to hear that he was scary to his secretaries.
"Yes, really. I am sure you will be here for a while. Make sure that you do not do anything to ruin it," Winnie advised, and Camila nodded.
"Does Mr Romano have a girlfriend?" Camila asked. The conversation was going well, and she needed that information for the future.
Winnie shook her head and Camila felt relieved. Winnie was about to say something when someone joined their table.
"You must be the newbie. My name is Charles." Camila looked up to see a tall fair skinned and blonde man standing with his tray.
He sat down besides her and flashed her a million dollar smile. He most probably heard that there was a new girl in the company and came to try his luck.
"Camila," she said and stretched out her hand to him. He placed his gently in his and kissed her fingers. Camila laughed out loud then, it was a bit funny to her. The fact that he was doing all that for her approval.
"Thank you. I hope we will be friends," Charles said. Camila shrugged.
"Maybe," Camila said. She had a feeling that Charles would make the seduction of the CEO a little more dramatic and well enjoyable.
They chatted over lunch and Camila learnt Charles was good friends with Winnie, and they had both been working in the company for more than five years.
After lunch, Camila found every reason to go into Juan's office and his shirt will just brush over her gown, or they would randomly stumble into each other. He certainly would be sure what she was on to by the end of the day.
Camila was already thinking about what she would wear on the next day. The small brushes, and looks gave her thrills that even kisses didn't. Camila felt high on the attention. Revenge was much more enjoyable than she would have thought. She could not wait for the second day of work.
