Then a flying cup smashed on my forehead.
"Aiyoo!!! Why did you do that! Aren't the oldies should be gentle to the young ones!"

"Then what do you want?," I ask while rubbing my forehead.
"Simple, I just want you and your husband to go and eliminate a ghost in the west room."
"Are you being sarcastic or dumb? You are a ghost but I need to ward off a ghost?"
"Hmmph this old bone is of course aware of that but there are ghosts of rats living in that room that it gives me shiver because it would always go out at night and crawl at my body! I tried even adopting dozen of ghost cats however the cats seems to be strangely behaving. They would also become aggressive and attack us. So we decided to ward off those cats and was successful but the rats were not yet gone! I beg off you this is only a simple task!"
He cried a river while explaining this and showed he was really aggrieved.
"Alright, alright," I agreed then he happy hop in front of me and the general.
"Alright now face together and hold each others hand," he quietly instructed. Doing what he instructed, I closed my eyes and finally I could now let go of such painful past. I am a goddess who hates but never will I take revenge thus all I could do is distance myself.
Opening my eyes I saw two blue orbs floating. Then one went back to him while the other went back to me.
"Wohoo!! I am free!!," I happily jump up and down.
Lies. Lies. Lies how am I free when I know my heart is not really free!?
I look at the man in front of me. And saw his expression confused.
"Hey, I still remember the agreement we had when I lost my memories," I nudge him, breaking his daze moments.
"Now, youngsters help this old bone alright," Old Meng said while calling for a maid servant.
"Okay! Let's go and ward those evil rats away!!," I energetically exclaimed but inside I am actually to broken. My heart was torn into two, should I leave him and let him have a peace of mind and be happy? Or should I selfishly fight for my love for him?
We followed the young girl and smiled at us. Okay that was weird. Something's fishy I tell ya!
Reaching the courtyard it was quiet large than I thought.
"Hey don't you think something is weird?," he ask.
"Of course not, I trust that old shoe. Don't worry once we finish this. We'll go back and get divorce. You will go on your merry way while I'll also go and make a harem for myself."
I hurriedly entered the room and started looking for those pesty rat ghost.
"Come here little rats! I have a great treats for you!"
I happily checked and snuck in every corner of the courtyard.
"Hey general I think its in the bedroom!," I quickly pulled him while I rushed on looking up and down but found nothing.
"Its seems Old Meng is just playing with us," the general said while sighing. However a strange fog entered the room and it was quiet scary. Because I can't see a thing.
"Oiii~~General, where are you?," I called while looking around. It was really thick until slowly it dissipate.
I found him standing near the bed.
"Now that was weird wasn't it," I said while looking around.
"Since nothing is out of the ordinary let's go," I said when I heard him breathing heavily.
"Eh? Are you alright?!," I ask while trying to reach his forehead. When he suddenly grab my wrist. I felt his temperature rising from the highest. I gulp and felt my body shiver in fear. An instinctive intuition kicked my guts telling me he is dangerous as of this moment.
"C-Chu Qie, my body feels so hot," he said looking at me seductively like an animal who found his prey.
Okay? I was right now all I need to do is....Run!!!
I pulled my wrist away then madly run crazily to the exit.
Damn that Old Meng he was getting even with me when I drugged all his people when I was drunk with aphrodisiac and only left him sane.
Unfortunately the doors were protected by barriers and was locked out. Ahaha this is bad. I can feel sweat pouring like a river in my back and forehead.

He stop for a moment making me breath in relief. However what he said next made me speechless.
"Heh~It's your fault for looking so beautiful tonight," and with that he kissed me passionately while I angrily push him.

My resistance was of course just ignored and was thought as a cat only clawing. And thus I was eaten cleanly not only once.
And all I could do was curse the scheming Old Shoe from head to toe.
