Seris was never weak.

She was loyal. Dutiful. The future Luna every pack should have been proud of.

But loyalty is a dangerous thing when given to the wrong Alpha.

When a mysterious woman named Aveline enters the pack, everything begins to rot. Praise turns to whispers. Trust turns to doubt. And the man who once claimed Seris as his mate begins to look at her like a burden… while falling for someone else.

Framed. Humiliated. Replaced.

Seris watches as her life is stolen piece by piece—her duties, her title, her mate… and finally, her freedom.

Until the day she is accused of the ultimate crime.

Murder.

Condemned by the very people she protected, Seris is left to die forgotten… while her betrayer crowns another in her place.

But death doesn’t always mean the end.

Because some bonds are meant to break.

And some Luna’s aren’t meant to be buried.

Episode1
Chapter 1 She didn't know how little he thought of her until it was too late. When she did, she was already replaced. Seris Moonsworth organized the kitchen, all in preparation for the alpha’s to return. She was in charge of the meals for the alpha and his guest. While Seris chopped the vegetables, her mind was elsewhere. Her wolf paced restlessly in her head, whining and huffing until her head hurt. Something was wrong. Just then, a loud cry came from outside the pack house. “The alpha and his party are back.” Everyone immediately perked up. Smiles bloomed on a lot of faces. Seris perked up, excited to see her mate, but her wolf wasn't in the slightest. She cut the vegetable swiftly, set it aside, and rushed outside just in time to see the alpha’s car stop in front of the pack house. Seris heart sped up. Her wolf's pacing increases. Seris grew annoyed and shut her up. Finally, she regained some peace, but it was too late, the dread had increased. Seris stared at the door that took a while to open. Finally, the door opened, and Julian stepped out. Seris' face lit up with a smile, and before she realized herself, she rushed closer to the car. Suddenly, a foreign smell wafted into her nose. She stared at Julian intently, she was still a distance away from him. To her surprise, Julian didn't acknowledge her or anyone at first, his focus was on the car. As soon as he got out, he turned around and held his hand out to the person inside the car like a true gentleman. Seris’s frown deepened when a fair slender hand slowly grabbed Julian’s, followed by a fair long slender leg. And then the woman finally got out. Seris finally knew why her world had been restless. This woman was shorter than the rest of them, she had long wavy black hair that covered most of her face. Her eyes were big and round, staring at everything and everyone in awe. The worst part was that she was very pretty. She turned around to say something to Julian which made him smile. A lot of questions flooded into Seris’ heart. “Who was she? Why was she here? What was her relationship with her mate?” Accompanying these questions was a bitter and painful feeling in her chest. Her wolf whimpered in her chest. Seris tried to dismiss unnecessary thoughts. She assumed the woman was a survivor from the recent rogue attacks on other packs. But survivors were usually escorted by the guards and not the alpha himself. Julian finally let go of this woman’s hand after a long time. He turned and walked towards them. Then he stopped in front of the people, and they were all staring at the woman behind him. “Everyone, this is the newest member of the pack. Please treat her nicely,” he announced to the crowd. They all nodded and began welcoming her. The woman blushed as she reciprocated their greeting. Finally, after what felt like ages, Julian noticed Seris who was staring at him with wide, disbelieving eyes. For a second something crossed his eyes, but he quickly blinked it away. “This is Aveline,” he said. Aveline heard her name and came over. Julian turned to Aveline. “Aveline, this is Seris,” he paused. Seris saw the hesitation before he added, “My mate.” Something flashed in Avekine’s eyes as she looked over Seris. Then it quickly went away as soon as it came, replaced by a very big smile. “Hi Seris. I'm Aveline. Please take care of me.” Seris nodded at her. She didn't know what to say. Julian looked at everything but her. He turned to Aveline and was about to say something when he saw his mum. His face lit up as he went over to her and introduced Aveline. To seris surprise, the bitter woman who acted like she hated the world smiled brightly and embraced Aveline like she was her long-lost daughter. Seris watches their interaction like an outsider. They talked and laughed for a few minutes. Everyone had dispersed. Just then Julian turned to Seris and said. “You take care of everything. I'm going to show Aveline around the pack. Tonight…we are going to host a feast for the arriving Alphas.” Without waiting for her reply, he turned and walked away with Aveline and his mother, Gloria, beside him. They looked complete. Like a family. Seris watched their backs move farther and farther away from her. With every step they took, her heart trembled. “Wait!” she suddenly yelled out. They stopped and turned to her. Gloria’s smile morphed into something terrible. Aveline had a confused face while Julian had a little bit of impatience settled between his brows. “What?” he asked. “Why don't I show her around? The others can prepare for the feast. They don't need me,” she proposed, already walking towards them. Julian frowned now. “You are not needed here Seris. Go and do what I told you to,” he sternly said, almost berating. Seris froze. That sentence. That simple sentence seemed to have a deeper meaning. Aveline looked from one person to the other. She stepped forward. And with a righteous smile, she said; “It's okay, I can go on my own. You don't need to escort me, Julian,” she said sweetly, blinking her big eyes at him. “Julian?” Seris blurted out with a confused frown. “She called you Julian.” She looked from Aveline to Julian for an explanation. “I told her she didn't need formalities with me,” he said. His voice sounded lower than when he spoke previously. “And since when did an outsider not need formalities when addressing an alpha?” Seris countered. Her hands moved up to her waist. “It's not a big deal, woman.” Julian pinched the space between his brows. Seris wasn't satisfied. “Julian, you—” “Oh, for God's sake, woman. Don't act like you are in charge here. Just go cook.” He finally snapped, grabbed Aveline, and pulled her away. Gloria gave Seris a pointed look. “Don't make unnecessary trouble,” and then she turned around to follow them. Seris stood there with her mouth wide open, gaping. at them. “Wow.” was all she could mutter under her breath.
