Prologue-The Beginning-
Jason combed styling gel through his hair to set it in place. His wife walked in behind him and kissed his shoulder. He smiled at her through the mirror. They were high school sweethearts and he loved her more than anything in this world, he was convinced. Of course there were no kids yet so he could be wrong but until proven otherwise that was his story. He finished with his hair and turned to face his wife to kiss he goodbye before heading into work.
Jason arrived at the office of his dad’s Real Estate company. He wasn’t thrilled about being responsible for the new intern but he wasn’t going to make that known. He made it to his cubicle and got logged into the computer.
“I’m looking for Jason Carny,” a male spoke softly causing Jason to jump from his seat.
“That would be me, you must be Alexander, the intern,” Jason responded with a warm smile and held his hand out for the other to shake.
The shook hands and that was the end of the conversation. Jason proceeded to show the other male around the office building. He couldn’t help but note how attractive the young man was. He tried pushing those thoughts away but found it incredibly difficult.
Days passed of Alexander and Jason working together, mindless flirting. Or at least Jason thought that’s what he was doing. They were walking to their vehicles after work that particular night, when Alexander made the move. The move that would rock Jason’s world in more ways than one. Alexander leaned forward and stole Jason’s lips in a kiss. Instead of pushing him off like his mind told him to though, Jason kissed him back. He pulled Alexander in closer.
“Oh my god I’m so sorry,” Alexander panicked as he pulled away. “You’re married, happily, I shouldn’t have done that,” he rambled on and on.
Jason just stood there shocked by what he had done, by what they had done. He rubbed his face. “Let’s just forget it happened, good night,” he told the young man and got in his car.
Forgetting was the last thing he did though, he couldn’t get his mind off that one little kiss. All he could think about was the way it felt, the way Alexander felt pressed to his own strong build. He hoped he could drowned it out with his wife, maybe being with her would help him. Boy was he wrong though, no matter how many times his kissed his wife or how long he held her all he could think about was kissing Alexander. Why did he want to do it again?
