Status Revealed, Finally

Tch. They just keep on going.

I dodged an attack coming from another dagger-wielding maiden. They just keep on coming. I don’t even have the time to think about my next move. Seven opponents with good coordination drain my energy even with my Tech Boots. One of the seven clones used [Light Ray] on me, hitting my shoulder. I flinched upon impact, receiving a follow-up attack from the one who wields the shield.

Dang, that hurts, you know?

“Burst Shot!”

The imbued Burst Shot hits three out of seven. The three were blown away of course and turned back into those gooey substances they initially are. The other four evaded by jumping sidewards. This is something that I didn’t expect at all. I guess these are inferior versions of Licht’s skill. I can’t expect that to the other skills though.

This won’t do. I need the original to regain the lost motor skills. I may bear her memories, but her muscle memory is NOT included on the list. Unfortunately, I can’t just yet. She’s still busy dealing with the Griffins. I’ll stall some time for now. I hope you’ll come back soon.

“Kid, are you okay?”

“Huh? Why are you talking to me? Rescue Licht first, we’ll talk later—”

“I’m talking with you via [Telepathy], so I didn’t leave my role. We have a problem with imprisonment. It’s one of the best sealing skills out there. Don’t worry about the progress for it is progressing but slowly. I can’t find any faster methods on this. Please stall more time for me!”

“Goodness gracious— I just met you, so don’t give orders to me! I could only give you additional five minutes at most!”

“That’s plenty enough! I’m rooting for you, young lass.”

The communication went off at the same time as the remaining four maidens sprinted towards me. The guardian, as merciless as what I would expect, started raining down [Light Barrage] to my location, ignoring the clones since they are…well, clones.

This is one hellish experience.

“Squawk!”

I hit the last Griffin with all my might.

I finally did it.

“Haah…”

That was nerve-wracking.

I can’t tell if I progress in using it or not. I wonder what’s going on with my body right now?

I’m pretty sure that it’s well.

I stood up and started to walk when I feel dizzy for a moment and my body feels sluggish but not because of that strenuous activity.

“Ugh… What is happening?”

Did something wrong happen? Please, I don’t want to sleep here. Where is that alternate version of myself is, anyway? I guess there’s something out there that she needs to focus on.

“Er, this headache just won’t stop.”

The headache intensifies, so much so that my head could no longer endure it…!

A flash of those words came through my mind like a jolt of lightning.

So, I can see my stats now? That’s good to hear. I’ve gone through a lot, and I need to see how far I leveled up!

I need to find a mirror for now. I still don’t have the capabilities to know my own stats without looking at one.

Mmm…let’s see here.

I’m pretty sure that my alter self told me about this place is a reflection of my memories. But…what’s with these mirrors? I can’t even see my reflection! Aw…

So, how should I see my stats, then?

Uwah, what a letdown.

Oh well.

I just closed my eyes and monologued.

“Sigh, I wonder if there’s something that goes like, ‘Stats, open’ or something…huh?”

Within my mind, every ounce of information I have missed so much finally shows itself.

Skills:

[SWITCH (Main / ACTIVE)]

- A skill that switches the skills set. It allows switching between Norm, Gravity, and Death.

(Sub Category)

A mode that enhances basic attacks, as well as offensive and defensive options of trinkets.

[Pulse Grave]

- A skill that halves the damage received and damages the attacker by half of the damage taken.

[Ability Exhaust]

- A skill that reduces the stats and limits the effectiveness of skills to a certain extent. Could only be used once per year.

A mode that grants certain skills. Special Perk: Abysmal Void

[Pellet]

- A non-damaging skill that nullifies buffs and amplifies nerfs. Could only be used once per person in a day if it hits directly. Could be overlapped with another active skill.

[Gravity Seizure]

- A non-damaging skill that always makes a foe flinch. If used periodically, the effect lessens. The lessening of effect will be lifted after forty seconds.

[GraviCoil]

- A skill that allows the enemies around it to get dragged within the sucked space. The targets of the skill could be narrowed down, to exempt the non-targets.

[GraviGrasp]

- A non-damaging skill that pulls non-living things towards the caster. Clones are also included.

[Abysmal Void]

- A wide AoE skill that has a larger scale than GraviCoil, but centering around the caster. The targets of the skill could be narrowed down, to exempt the non-targets.

A mode that grants certain skills that could only be used with Rage Points. Special Perk: Death Touch.

[Death Scythe]

- A scythe that could be used upon reaching 100 Rage Points. 100 Points is enough to use a normal Death Scythe. The more Rage Points (up to 500) used, the better the damage and damage penetration.

[Death Pulse]

- A skill that unleashes a mid-ranged pulse attack that deals damage based on five percent of the enemy’s current health bar. Could only be used again after a ten-second cooldown. It consumes 50 Rage Points per shot.

[Death Touch]

- A skill that instantly kills the enemy by touching. It consumes 1000 Rage Points.

[Soul Read (Main / PASSIVE)]

- A skill that allows to peek at the target’s stats.

[Death (Main / PASSIVE)]

- A skill that prohibits using skills with mana. The stats and level indicator, as well as its mana points, be removed.
