Survival Of The Apocalypse:

I woke up to the knock on the door and the voice of someone yelling my name . "Andrew wake up we are going to be late " As I laid on the bed my body filled with pain as it increases with every muscle I move, knowing fully well it was a side effect from the reincarnation, my eye tearing up as I struggle to breathe. "f**k! She said it was only going to last a minute"I mutter to myself. trying hard to sit up but to no avail so I laid back waiting for the pain to die down. It has been three minutes since the reincarnation and suddenly the pains started to reduce and I felt a rush of energy flowing through my body. As I got up from the bed I couldn't help but notice the tidiness of the room it was clean and well ventilated .The walls was painted blue and the wardrobe was at the left corner of the room. The air was cold that it sent chills down my spine, as I look up I could see the air-conditioner just above the bed . "I made it"I said with a smile . moving slowly towards the door afraid of feeling any other pain I opened it and immediately a smell like no other captivate my nose drawing me to the table where many delicacies that I had never seen before and some I had forgotten were served. I quickly grab the plate of meat nearest to me and started digesting it. "I could die now and have no regrets" I said still forcing down a large portion of meat in my mouth when I heard a voice yelling my name, it was the same voice I heard in my room. "Andrew" "Andrew" as i turned around I found a girl standing in front of me her face showing a worried expression. "Andrew why aren't you in your uniform"she ask still wearing that same look on her face . "who are you" I ask with a questioning look on my face slowly dropping the plate of meat on the table . " I am your sister Emily" she yelled her worried expression turning into an angry one. "Did you drink that much last night that you can't even remember your adorable little sister".Her eye widen and a smile crept on her face exposing her dimples.She was short and had long black hair that reached her shoulder.Her skin, smooth and fair that would shine if the sun caresses her body.Her hazel eye which could take anyone worries away.She was indeed adorable. The thought of having a sister sounded strange to me I couldn't even imagine being related to anyone let alone having a sister and with this face of hers it would be better not to get too attached. "I don't know where my uniform is " I said quickly changing the topic "I told you to check inside you wardrobe last night " she say feeling disappointed . "sorry I must have forgotten" I lied trying to figure out the expression on her face She walked passed me heading toward the remote as she switched on the TV. It was big and had bottons on the down left corner of its side . There was a woman on the TV announcing the morning news as I looked further down as I could see the headline "Recent Bombblast in 2049" "Better late than never" I mutter to myself "Andrew we are going to be late "she says as she sat down on the chair in front of the TV "By the way I am not going to school"I say giving her a determined look. School is the least of my worries I had better things to do like prepare for an Apocalypse that would cause the death of thousands of people bringing humanity to the brick of extinction and I was determined to survive through it all. "are you still feeling depressed about Suzan " she asked breaking my train of thought. I nodded not sure who Suzan was "then am heading to monarch college without you"she says anger clearly showing in her voice Monarch college is one of the most popular schools in Lingcity in the county of Pofix because of the prizes and recommendation it has had for many years .It was only attended by student whose parents where rich and influencial. But that was only to keep their appearance for the public .The school was involve in illegal dealings and laundering of illegal money with some of the parents, if I was to prepare for a possible apocalypse I would probably start from there . "am coming with you" I say moving towards the chair she was sitting on . "what made you change your mind "she asked as her gaze still on the TV in front of her . " I don't want my little sister to be angry with me"I said "Thank you Andrew"she says with a smile
