I breathed out. This is what I need. Cold enveloped my skin because of the wintry air.
I slipped out of my car and admired the beauty of the unreachable view of the sea beside the road. The ashen night sky is incomparable. It looks so heavenward, especially when the sky is dazed and is lightened by the billions of stars. I sat in the gutter.
I feel like I have not felt this calm and peaceful night for a long time.
I rested my head between my knees. Then I whispered in a closed eyes. "Dad..." The vastness of the air fluttered me.
"How are you? How's mommy? Is she with you now? Are you both happy now?"
Though I don't want to cry, my tears started to fall just by imagining them.
