Modesty, Lincoln, and her Madre are in her papa's office. She is looking around at her Papa's desk and the pictures on the wall. "Papa didn't believe in redecorating his office. It seems to look the same as when I left fifteen years ago." She turns to look at her mother. "Seargeah didn't like change." Her mother sits on the sofa across the room. Lincoln picks up a picture of Marcello, Errico, Filippo, and him. It was taken at his and Modesty's wedding. He was very close to her brothers, he feels as if he has also lost a Papa and three brothers. "I want a small simple and private service. I prefer something here at the house. Because I am sure those Troisis are lurking around somewhere. I refuse to give them any kind of satisfaction in watching me grieve. We will have to use their pictures since there weren't any remains." Carmela wipe tears off of her cheeks. " Those bastards killed my baby on his birthday," Carmela yells. Lincoln walks over to her, he hugs her. Carmela raises her head, she looks at him than at Modesty. "They will show their damn faces soon. When they think the time is right for them to take over. Most of the men are talking about leaving since no one is taking Seargeah's place." She shakes her head. Modesty folds her arms. "Well, we can't let that happen. I am taking Papa's position. If they have a problem taking orders from a woman then it would be best if they did leave. We don't need any weaklings here. I will not tolerate disloyalty. Because this is not going to be pretty." Her Madre is looking at her a little concerned and a little disbelief. " Are you sure about this?" Carmela looks at Lincoln. He nods his head. "Yes madre after all I have the blood of Mastroianni and Ferrari in me. But there will be a lot of blood that will be shredded. I can't let them get away with what they have done. I will need Franco to make sure that the Kawasaki Ninja H2R motorcycle that we sent Filippo for his birthday tank is full." Lincoln can see that Carmela is worried. "Verrell and I will be with you and our little tribe at all times. So don't worry. Cuore Mio has already promised me that she will come home. As we both know she will never break a promise." He winks at Modesty. Modesty smiles at him. "You have my support" Carmela nods her head. "Just be careful." Modesty walks over to her. "I will. We need to start making the arrangements. We will also include Laila, Alonzo, and Leo. They were also our family. Errico loved Laila so much." Lincoln wraps his arms around both of the women. "Madre, we will take care of you. You do not have to worry about anything." Outside on the loggia, Sophia and Franco are drinking a glass of wine and discussing Modesty's return. Sophia can't get over that Modesty is married and a mother of three. "You're so happy to have her here. Don't get me wrong I am happy that she has come home. Have you thought about what is going to happen to us? Those assholes will be coming for all of us." " Franco whisper yells and looks at several of the men patrolling the estate. She turns to look at him. "I will not leave Carmela. We both know that she will die here before she just hands anything over to the Troisi's. If that happens then I will die beside her." "Sophia don't be a fool. We do not know if they are behind these cruel deaths." He pours himself another glass of wine. "It seems that you have had too much wine. Everyone knows that the Troisis killed Seargeah, those three young men, and the others. You can leave if you want but I am not going anywhere. My feet are planted right here." She walks away from him to go into the house. "You're my wife, you will do as I say." He's yelling and pointing at her back Sophia turns to look at him "Divorizo then. Draw the papers up, I will be more than happy to sign it." She walks into the house. Franco is looking at her with his mouth wide open. Upstairs Lincoln and Modesty are checking on Amadeo. He is in his crib sleeping. She looks at Lincoln. "Don't worry I will never let our kids be in this business. After I have killed every last one of the Troisi this business is over with." "Thank you for that and for protecting our kids." He kisses the back of her hand. "Let's go check on our two Cupcakes. After that, I want to dance." He smiles leading her out of the nursery. Serenity and Legacy are sound asleep. The couple covers their daughters up and kisses their foreheads. "They will love it here. Maybe we should think about living here for a while after you have eliminated everyone." Lincoln is still looking at their daughters. Modesty nods her head. "I know that I would love it too. How about that dance?" She walks out of the room, he smiles walking fast to catch up with her. When they are in their bedroom. Modesty picks a song on her phone. Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers Oh, oh my love Oh my darling I've hungered for your touch A long and lonely time And time goes by so slowly And time can do so much Are you still mine I need your love I need your love I need your love God! speed your love to me Lonely rivers flow To the sea, to the sea To the open arms of the sea Lonely rivers sigh Wait for me, wait for me I'll be coming home Wait for me Oh, oh my love Oh my darling I've hungered for your touch A long and lonely time Lincoln turns her to him and pulls her into him. He winks at her, kisses her neck, and as he picks her up, slides her dress up. Modesty isn't wearing any panties. She wraps her arms and legs around him. Lincoln dances over to the wall, pinning her against it. She unzips his pants, taking out his hard shaft. He places his lips against her as he pushes his hardness inside her core. Modesty is grinding him hard as he starts dancing around the room, thrusting her hard. He and Modesty moan as they reach their high. She lays her head on his shoulder, facing him "I always loved the way we dance." "Me too Cuore Mio, me too" He kisses her nose. ***** "Troisi's house" The entire family is in the family room when Rosalia walks into the room. She is coming home after being with one of her many lovers. Pietra doesn't agree with her daughter's lifestyle. "Salvatore, why you all are plotting to take everything from Carmela. You all need to handle this situation first." She points at her daughter. "Everyone is talking about her and her degrading ways. It's time for her to have a husband. Find her one, so she can stop sleeping with other women's husbands." "Mother I will never marry a man that has to marry me because it was arranged." Rosalia yells "Watch your tone, young lady. I will not allow you to speak to your mother like that. Besides your mother is right. Santo, find your sister a decent husband. They will be married in six months." Salvatore points at his daughter. "I have made my decision. As of this moment, you will not see any more of those low lives that you are f*****g around with." Rosalia walks over to sit next to Giusto. "Why am I the only one that has to get married?" She whispers He leans over to his twin sister. "Because you were the only one that was supposed to stay pure for their wedding night. You're f*****g more than Elexandros, Santo, and me together. I didn't include Ciro because he is still a virgin, because he is a priest." Elexandros laughs, then he takes a sip of his whiskey. "Now that we are marrying the family puta off. Have anyone heard anything about when and where the services for the Mastroianni's?" "No, it's hush-hush. So far there haven't been any relatives coming in for it." Santo looks at their sister. She is still pouting. "So far the ones that arrived are a man named Lincoln Moore and some other tourists." Giusto is looking at his phone. "Lincoln Moore is here?" Rosalia yells with a huge smile "Hands off sister dear. Ricchi said that he is here with his family." Santo looks at her. She rolls her eyes at him. "Do you all know Lincoln Moore?" Everyone is looking at her shaking their heads. "He is loaded. If he boiled his money into water to drink. He could never drink all of it." She yells. "You all need to read more." "It doesn't matter, because he is married. If you haven't forgotten father just ordered you to sit your ass down." Elexandros is reading a text. "None of the churches has spoken with Carmela or anyone else about the services. I think that we should pay her a little visit tomorrow." He is thinking.
