Chapter Five

"How dare you, Advik Ahuja," The person said and just slapped him on his face, which made him shocked.

Advik looked at the person in shock and hurt, and disbelief.

He could not believe what just had happened to him, and he did not believe that whom he was longing to meet just slapped him without any reason. He was so shocked that he could not be able to react at that moment. He was just looking at that person with absent minded. His mind was blank and was not able to react to the situation. His eyes did not leave the person's face who was looking at him with so much hate and he did not want to see that for him.

"Mishika, what are you doing, why did you slap him?" Veer was the first one to react as Advik was not in the situation to react as he was completely shocked, but after hearing Veer's voice, he also came back to his sense and composed himself, not wanting to show his emotion to Mishika.

Yes, it was none other than Mishika, who came to the police station to talk with the police officer who called her and was handing her sister's case. When she reached at the police station and was about to enter he saw that Advik was moving towards his car, so went towards him, she remembered the things which the doctor had informed her that someone drugged her sister and tried to take advantage of her sister and her sister also called Advik's name. Hence, she thought that it was Advik who tried to drug Trisha to take advantage of her, and in a fury, she walked towards Advik and slapped him hard on his face.

"What was I doing? why did you not ask your best friend, what he had done to my sister, what was her fault ha? Tell me, what was her fault?" Mishika shouted at Veer, who was looking totally confused.

"How dare you Advik Ahuja, how dare you? When did you become like this? why did you do that? tell me, now, did you lose your tongue to talk? What was my sister's fault? why did you have to do that with her? How could you stoop so low, do you not have any shame? you were not like that in past, what had happened to you, I never expected it from me ( She pointed her finger towards Advik ) You know what Mr. Advik Ahuja, I really underestimated you, I really thought that you were not like what everyone said in the past but today I realized that you were exactly like what everyone said, you can go to any length just to archive your goal, and today just because of some past grudge you tried to ruin my sister, Listen to me very loud and clear Mr. Advik Ahuja, I will not leave you for what you have done this time, I really hate you to the bottom of my heart, I wish I have never meet you in the past," Mishika vented all her anger to Advik.

She did not give him any moment to explain or did not even try to ask what had happened in the first place. She just came and shouted at him without even finding that it was not his mistake, and he was nowhere to blame in this as he had not done anything to her sister but just because of one word from Trisha's and she misunderstood Advik without any clarification or explanation.

When Advik heard her words, he was shocked, and most importantly, he was hurt. Yes, he was so much hurt by her words because he did not expect her to say something like that. He believed that even if the whole world would be against him but she will always trust him, but what he was expecting, he had already hurt himself like this in the past, and still, he was hurting himself again now.

"Mishika, you, do you even know what are you saying? How could you say something like that and even slandering Advik without knowing anything?" Veer shouted at her in anger.

"I am slandering him? Oh how could I forgot that you will only take his side, after all, you are his best friend, you will try all mean to cover up for him even if it was he who was at the wrong place," Mishika replied sarcastically.

"Enough Mishika........" Veer tried to say but was stopped by Advik by showing his hand.

Advik gave a sarcastic chuckle and looked at Mishika without showing any emotion, and he composed himself well that no one could tell that some time ago, there were lots of emotions on his face.

"I will remember this gift of yours Mishi uff sorry, Miss. Mishika Malhotra," Advik said and entered in his car without waiting for her to respond. Veer also went to the other side and entered the car.

The car speeds up from there, leaving Mishika stilled in her place.

'Did he just call me by my full name?' Mishika thought on her shocking stage. She totally forgot that some time ago, she was angrily shouting at Advik and now just listening to her name from his mouth gave her a shock.

She came out of her shock and again, her mind filled with fury. She was feeling that something was not right, but she was not able to find out what. She was feeling that she had done something wrong, but what was that she could not understand.

Did she really do wrong by slapping Advik? No, right, then why she was feeling pain in her heart when she saw the expressionless face of his? There was not an emotion on his face, and it was not that past. He was like a completely changed person to her, which she did not like.

After composing all her thoughts, she entered in the police station to talk with the police officer.
