Chapter 1 - First Meeting
"Wait!" Clara shouted while running towards a man who has just dropped his wallet which has been picked up by her
"You dropped this" Clara said while handing over the wallet to the said man without even looking at his face
"Thank you!" He said while bowing
"Welcome!" Clara smiles and walks away.
Mark Brown was thinking about what happened a while ago
He has gone to see Mr. Miller, since he has found out that he's the one who's pulling the strings behind to bring Brown Industries down.
"Hello, Mr. Brown. What made you visit me today?" Mr. Miller asked while gesturing Mark to seat
"I believe you already know the reason why, Mr. Miller" Mark answered coldly while giving him a glare 'This man'
"Hmmm.. I don't quietly understand what you are referring too Mr. Brown. Could you elaborate?" Mr. Miller said while giving out a small smirk
"Why are you planning on making Brown Industries disappear?!!" Mark questions while glaring at him
"Mr. Brown, what made you believe I'll do that?" Mr. Miller calmly while folding his hands
"Mr. Miller, I don't have all day to negotiate with you. Just! Damn, tell me why the hell are you doing this and what do you want in return for you to stop?" Mark exclaimed while losing his patience
'Coming straight to the point, huh?' Mr. Miller thinks
"Hmm... You see Mr. Brown I think you already know I have a daughter who is around your age and what I want is for you to pursue her into marrying you" Mr. Miller answers smiling
"Are you f**king kidding me?!! Pursue and marriage?!! Like hell I'll do that!" Mark shouts in range
"The decision is all yours, Mr. Brown, no one is forcing you to do it" Mr. Miller says
'Not forcing me to do it? You are FORCING me to do it' Mark frowns
"I will give you two days of time to think about it, you can think thoroughly and give your final answer" Mr. Miller says while dismissing Mark
Back to the present
Mark was so deep in thought that he wasn't able to realise someone has collided into him and his wallet had been dropped from his pocket.
He regained his senses after hearing someone shouting at him "Wait!"
He turned around to look who it is to see a stunning beauty running towards him. While absorbing closely you can see she has hazelnut hair which reached her waist and alluring light green eyes.
She stopped in front of him and handed over the wallet stating "You dropped this!" while looking down
He quietly took it and gave a quick bow while thanking her and walks away thinking even her voice was alluring to his ears.
