When I get to hotel they are hosting the party at I feel like running away but I'm not stupid, I know what's at stake. My father is an asshole and he'll do everything he said he will if I do as I please. But I won't give him a reason to disown me, he has to man up and do it himself. I can't just sit still and feel sorry for myself I have to show him that I won't take his bullshit lying down. I'll make him regret making me come to this stupid thing. I yank on my silk emerald dress because it keeps riding up my thighs. I don't even like it but I had to wear it because father had chosen it for me like he said.
