17. Introduction of Snow maiden's and meeting a tree demon

Actually snowy region is the border between Vanessa Empire and Snow maiden's territory . The snow maidens are beings manifested by snow / ice power they will also have human females who have innate ice constitution as disciples . They are neither allies nor enemies to humanity as they only cared about their territory , life style and their people .

All the people are women's in snow maiden's region they even recrute people from all the empires even then nobody stop them as even though one people may harm the snow maidens the whole city has to pay for their actions due to this nobody will try to make things difficult for snow maiden's when they are in their territory as like that snow maiden's also doesn't give them any headache as they only cared about the disciples with the ice element magic power .

Due to this I can say they are guaranteely has their eyes on twin snow flower and that is the reason also why many people didn't try to go to retrieve the flower as it maybe very important herb for snow maiden's however I have to go for the sake of snow and myself and it is also a perfect adventure opportunity for me .

Just like that before my thinking end I was already in front of Snowy mountains region before I can enter the mountains I can see a large number of patrol guards walking back and forth near the mountain I can see that they are people from Naga,Neer,Gal,Bhum clans and I can even see the imperial carriage of Vanessa Empire however I can see that they are not here for picnic but to stop the wandering cultivators or lowly cultivators to stop them from entering the mountain . However to my superise the people here are collecting elemental stones from people who are trying to enter the mountain I can now understand why these people came this early before even the flower blossoms .

However I didn't intervene but directly used the king of Void ring to enter the mountain range without suspicions from the guards . As soon as I entered the mountain area I was gazed with the sight of everlasting snow . This was the first time I had seen this much snow in my life .

I released snow from the pet space as it will not attract any attention as she is in the form of ice sparrow and also ice is the territory of snow so I that I can be guided in a correct path . Before I can even move I heard some sound from the bushes . I went to check the situation near the bushes. Suddenly snow's voice heard in my head " Watch Out " but before I can even look at it I was immediately attached by a ice spike if not for the timely reminder of snow I would have injured .

"What was that" I questioned snow, but she just looked at the bushes not answering the question I looked towards the bushes and discovered that this is a trap designed by humans to stop mostly newbies from coming to the mountain . I understood instantly even though they took elemental stones the people still dug out these traps to make ordinary people's road difficult .

If I have to go along this way I have to face a large no of beasts and even has to keep an eye open for the traps set by the high class people . I can look towards the other two routes one is full of snow nothing indeffernt however any people skilled in magic can see it was a trick to cover up their tracks . Even though I knew that it was the safest route he still chose the root 3 which is the route filled with dense trees surrounding both sides .

As it will be challenging and I have an hunch that something good will be here in this route so he went in the most dangerous direction . After running in the direction for half an hour still the big thick trees on both sides of the side or looking endless so I took a short rest under the shade of one tree . However just as I was about to close my eyes I was greeted by a ice wing attack from snow . I was startled before I can see what happens I can see that the attack was not directed at my face but to the side of my left cheek . so I hurriedly turned around and check What greeted me was a snake which is just like any other vines hanging around the trees . Seeing me became serious snow explained about this snake they are called as "snow snakes" which if was bitten by them you will get Frost bite disease and it is very difficult to cure even to ice elemental high teacher so she told me to always be obserful of surroundings so that he has to be very alert in wilderness .

Now I know how much big mistake I have made by thinking that it will be like a piece of cake .However I had to admit with the help of snow I can gradually adapt to the wilderness. So I asked which direction is for twin snow flower however snow shook her head and said even I can't specify the location because before blooming the flower still has the conscious of dead beast . So she cannot find it. Now I only relied on my luck and started moving in a direction . I came across many types of beasts and some of them I recognised and some were introduced by snow just like that I came across a strange tree it is like any tree but somehow I feel irritable while looking at the tree .I. don't know why felt irritated when looking at the tree but from my looks I can say that the tree is not normal . Just as I was about to ask snow what about the origin of the tree .

I was greeted by a mocking sound coming from snow towards the tree which says " oh ho what do we have here a tree demon haaa ,I didn't expect to meet a tree demon here."
