Chapter 3 His mate

As she stood up Ryde got a whiff of her scent and his wolf Rider immediately woke up and growled "mate mate"in fact her scent was so enticing that it blocked his nostrils,he dragged his tie out and unbuttoned two of his buttons,with that he ran out of the company and into the woods,transforming as he ran deeper into the woods,he didn't really see her face,but he would be able to recognize that scent anywhere,who was she?why was she in the company or was she visiting someone?
He asked these and more questions inside his head,Rider was constantly answering him.
"Let's go and look for our mate,it's been 17 whole years and you don't want to release me"Rider cried in Ryde's mind.
"Oh please shut up Rider ,I'm going back to the company"
With that he shove Rider deeper into his mind and blocking him everywhere,he also blocked his nose to avoid any distractions,this way he wouldn't know the girl even if she was standing an inch away from him. He walked into the company as if nothing happened,he headed to the meeting room and saw that the interview has already started,he sat at the end of the room,even Blake wasn't aware of his presence.
"Miss Clifford,it stated here in your resume that you graduated from six press university and graduated with a 1st class?"Blake answered his eyes filled with uncertainty and surprise.
"Yes sir,that's correct"her melodious voice filled the entire room as she spoke.
"And you graduated 2024 last year?" "Yes sir"
"So what have you been doing all these while?Blake asked.
"Okay I didn't get a job through out last year,so I was into house chores,teaching and some other stuff before I was finally able to pursue my dreams by applying to be the pack house doctor"Linda said.
