"Then stop making it seem as if I'm your pet or anything" she mumbles and I couldn't believe this girl in front of me

"I never said you were my pet" I said and she rolled her eyes

"So what's going to be my part of the bargain?" She asked and I smriked........ Tossing another paper at her

She looks at me instinctively before taking the paper and reading through

Her jaw dropped instantly as she stares at me

"All these..... For me?" She asked in awe

She can be really cute sometimes...... That's if she's not being a fire breathing dragon

"And more......if you are ready to play along and keep your mouth shut" I said and she drops the paper

"Fine....... Since it's just for a day I don't see what could possibly go wrong" she said and I smiled

Funny how she bursted out angrily a few minutes ago

"Good..... Tomorrow is the D day...... And I'm sure you know what to do" I said and she stood up...... Her sweatshirt raising a little bit as she placed her hands on her tiny waist

"Fine I got it" she said and I simply left

I didn't want to waste much time besides she's a grown ass girl..... She definitely needs to understand the business

I got to my room and flopped on my bed........ She will only be here for a day and after tomorrow she'll be out of my life parmanently

The amount I'm offering her should be enough to get her through the month........ It's a huge amount and she seems satisfied with it...... Who cares?

"Just breathe and relax....... It's just tomorrow and everything will be over..... You will get to handle the business again and she will be gone for good" I said to myself as I tried to calm my nervousness

I didn't even show her where she would spend the night but is that really necessary?

Sighing as I layed in my bed comfortably

"She's really attractive though" I subconsciously said out loud and covered my mouth immediately I did that

Sitting up from my bed as walked up to my draw and opened it..... Right there was a rusty picture of little me and my childhood bestfriends....... The three of us smiling brightly and there she was in the middle..... smiling brightly as she clutched onto the three of us.... pulling us closely as our heads joined

Mandy had a frown but later smiled a little as we were captured....... A neat clear shot of our childhood bickering

I smiled weakly as I placed the picture back and shut the draw

A terrible incident that almost claimed my life but unfortunately it took her away from me forever

I lost all forms of emotions as I became a shadow of myself........ Shutting my heart against the world

In a small room..... A portable small TV at the top end with small chairs 3 in number

A mini refrigerator close to the chairs

A comfortable place for the one who seeks vengeance

"You've been here for two weeks and I've not seen any action........ Aren't you the almighty one?" Laurence said and he chuckled before staring at him

"You know me too well..... I don't rush my things..... They have no idea I'm here" he said and Laurence smriks

"You found her already..... Man we came here to do a simple task...... Kill them all and flee... . I still don't get why you aren't doing anything yet" Laurence said and he shot him a glare

"I was too quick to carry out my plan years ago and now I've learnt my mistake...... I'm not rushing besides I still need to wait a little bit before I strike" he said and Laurence rubs his forehead

"If by any chance anyone finds out you are here...... You know what's going to happen" Laurence said and he smriks

"Awww calm down...... She's still has innocent as she was years ago..... Nothing has changed..... I recognized her from the first day I set my eyes on her and that's why I personally made sure Avia made them meet.. ... My plan is slowly falling into place" he said and Laurence smriks

"Now that they've met..... What's going to happen next?" Laurence asked and he stroked his chin

"Now I'll patiently wait for Mantinda to carry out her foolish plan..... And when the coast is clear.... I strike and take what's rightfully mine" he said and Laurence smriks as he nods his head

🌹 Jasmine's Pov 🌹

I woke up with a small smile plastered on my face...... For the first time in a long time things are finally going smoothly

Rubbing my eyes as I yawned loudly...... The bed was super fluffy and I slept like a new born baby

I remembered my spoilt phone and it almost ruined my morning

I haven't heard from Mika and Roland since yesterday and I'm really sure they are worried about me..... Oh well I'm definitely going to meet up with them after my little mission

I head for the bathroom and in a few minutes I was out..... But I almost jolted in shock as I met him standing right in my room

"What are you doing here?" I suddenly blurted out before I could stop myself

"I believe I have a right to this room since you are working for me" he said with a smirk and I frowned

"What if I was naked?........you can't just barge in however you please" I said again with a little bit of sas in my voice

"Jasmine know your place in here" I scolded myself but I wasn't ready to listen as well

"I wonder what the sight would have been like........ I'm pretty sure it will be worth seeing" he said and I almost puked

Glaring daggers at him as I shifted backwards...... I hated men with nasty thoughts...... It instantly irritates me

"Sir I would appreciate that you talk with a sense of responsibility" I said and he scoffs

"The name is Jayson" he said and I blinked slightly...... shaking the thoughts off and I know he would want to know my name too

"My name is Jasmine Corey" I said and he suddenly fidgeted as he opens his mouth to say something but was having difficulties saying it

"Your name is Jasmine?" He asked again and I nod

He suddenly composed himself as he cleared his throat

"We will be meeting my mom today........ your outfit will be brought to you and I expect you to be done in thirty minutes" he said sterning and I gasped

"Thirty minutes!?" I semi yelled and he simply walked out

Okay now I'm really angry....... All these commands just for a couple of dollars?

I exhale deeply as I felt a light bang in my chest and I slowly took in deep breaths
