Chapter Sixteen

7:15 am.

Nandini was sleeping on her bed, peacefully with a never ending smile on her face and her diamonds shining the brightest. Her peaceful sleep got disturbed by a phone call but she knew who it was. Her very punctual boyfriend a.k.a fiancee.

But she was as usual a sleepy head while on the other hand side it was her punctual and so on time man who even had his morning workout done.

She smiled as the phone rang again and thanked the lord over there, her favorite-est Aiyappaa!! She always dreamt of a husband who would wake her up every morning..urm! Most often! And here she was getting a fiancee even like that! Soon-to-be husband!

She took the call this time to be greeted by the most soothing and peaceful voice over the other side and she was sure that he was smiling.

"Am I disturbing my baby's beauty sleep?" He said as if she was his teddy and he was cuddling it to no end. She was certainly. She blushed at the endearment. Baby? Oh! His baby!

"No, obviously not" She turned around and sat up, smiling over the phone.

"Good Morning baby love" He said and sipped his diet juice.

"Good Morning" She smiled, still eyes closed.

"Haha! Seems like you haven't yet woken up sleepy head! Get get up baby love! Wake up! Its your hospital time" He tried to ignite the energy in her and guess what? Do one needs to? Manik Malhotra gets success in every thing.

"I love you" She said cheekily and ran to her washroom,cutting the call not ready to take her teasings.

As she got out of her washroom, she hurriedly ran downstairs to get her breakfast done wearing a simple maxi dress as usual.

"Baccha! Don't hurry up please" Asha said as she saw her literally gulping down the breads and juice all together.

"Bhabhi! Trust me, I am really late" She said to which Asha caressed her hairs and Rithvik came with Shubhaan and pulled her hairs a little making Nandini cringe.

"Bhaiyuuuu" She said and looked at Asha with a crying face who was literally trying hard not to gulp Mr. Malhotra's girl's cuteness up.

"Momma! Pass on the phone nah! Bye people" She ran out literally making the family hit their heads. Such a notorious lazy head yet the apple of their eyes!

She soon reached her cabin and adjusted her on the table when a very pleasant surprise took her eyes out of their sockets. Pink roses! Woh! She adored them like hell.

I am right now in a meeting so I would call you afterwards okay honey? Now just enjoy these flowers and let me tell you, I have asked Raju Uncle (His gardener) to plant some exotic pink roses just for you in our home-our soon to he paradise. Love you! ❤

Nandini was actually blushing and feeling so damn special. Her fiancee was over her dream boy. So perfect. Wait..He's in a meeting? That means I can still surprise him. Get to work Nandini Murthy..Its all about being his Mrs. Malhotra *blushed*

She called her P.A and asked her to arrange for a chocolate bouquet as she knew he really loved chocolates.

He ruffled his hairs and sighed as the meeting got over,but with a content heart as they had grab the deal, yet again.

He sat on his chair and found a dairy milk bouquet and a wide smile spread over his handsome face.

She took off her glasses and closed the file and took the call.

"Thank you" And the most peaceful voice, other side.

"I don't want any thank yous between us" She said smilingly making him smile too "So do I"

"So, what are you doing?" She asked to which he replied "Nothing much! I just got the deal and that's why everyone is not like really busy" "Oh wow!! Congo Manik" She said, pride in her voice.

"Love you baby girl" He said making her smile and blush.

"So, you knew I love dairy milk?" He asked, unwrapping one.

"Yes" She said feeling proud of herself. He smirked and sat on his table and stated "So you should know this too that I love chocolate flavored..urm! You know what I mean" She widened her eyes and bit her lower lips "Manik! How are you so shameless" She blushed and giggled softly while speaking in a whisper.

"Are! I was talking about milkshakes, urm! Cakes..Bas" He stated in an innocent tone to which she widened her eyes "Wait..Wait! Did you like thought about that?" She quickly nodded in a no and almost shouted "No!"He hid his smile "Waise! I would go for no flavored *that thing* on our wedding night" He said.

"Manik! Byeee!" She quickly cut the call, blushing the darkest shade of red while he cut the call laughing. Both were happy with each other, with no tint of uncomfortableness.
