The First

The First Transformation Part One...

"Yes, that was the Awakening... for both of us." Austyn says as he smiles at me. My mind drifts off... I start to think about my first time transforming in to a wolf. I'm nervous. How much is it going to hurt? How do I change back in to a human after I shift? I remember Aus saying that I can't be both... well... why not? Obviously I am both. Does this make me not normal? Actually, I am really not normal, I'm the furthest from normal. I am not even human. Am I considered human? Geez.. my head is spinning. I stop thinking but I think again about one of my thoughts within the cluster f**k of questions I was thinking about... but I say it out loud before I can stop myself, "Why can't I be both?" Aus turns his head towards me. He looks a little confused and says, "Ummm... what?" I look away from him but fight through the embarrassment and ask, "Both, why can't I be a Succubus and a Wolf? I mean, I obviously am...uh... both." Aus sighs and looks away, "I'm sorry for earlier. I just got... possessive. You are my intended but beyond that I care about you a lot, like as a person. You can be both, you are just called a hybrid. I just have never heard of a Succubus/Wolf hybrid. Its unheard of but I guess it's not impossible, or bad. I'm just... I'm... I'm sorry if I hurt you." Why is he apologizing for earlier. I'm not even mad anymore. "Aus, I'm over it. Seriously, its okay. Don't stress." I look over at the alarm clock on the night stand, its 1:33am. I think I want to shower and be in my own bed but I don't want to just leave. Aus turns and faces me and smiles. I can't help but smile back, "Why are you smiling like that?" My eyes meet with his gaze, God he's very cute. I feel myself blush as he says, "You are so f*****g beautiful. Like... I don't even know what words to say to tell you how beautiful and perfect you are." AWWWW! He's so sweet! "Aus! You are so frickin cute! Ugh! You give me serious butterflies!" 

    Austyn suddenly sits up in the bed. He grabs some basketball shorts from the night table near him and says, "I'm going to shower. Join me?" Shit... why not, "Sure but after I think I should go back to my room, just in case Jay or Casey see me leaving your room in the morning." Aus looked back at me and said, "Oh, yeah. I didn't think of that." He laughed then continued to speak, "This would be a little complicated to explain to them." He opens the bathroom door and we walk in. There is already towels folded neatly in the basket near the shower. Austyn takes his shorts off as I turn on the water. I can feel Austyn staring at me so I arch my back a little as I'm adjusting the water temperature. I look at  him. He's just staring. "Well damn. Uh..." I smile back, "Check the water, is it okay... or too hot." I quietly laugh at myself. Austyn turns red as an apple as he scurries in to the shower. Avoiding eye contact he says, "Water's good." He pulls me in to the shower and closes the sliding shower door. Austyn leans back against the wall of the shower and starts to run his fingers through his hair. I watch as the water drips down his body. He sees me looking and with a boyish grin plastered across his face he says, "Too hot?" I squint at him and smile, "Never." I walk towards Austyn and face away from him. I rinse off my face and hair. I feel him wrap his arms around me. He kisses me on the shoulder and holds me a little tighter. Austyn loosens his grip as I turn to face him. I lay my head on his chest. He smells so nice. I notice a few small circular shapes on his skin, they are a slightly lighter shade then the rest of his skin. "They are cigarette and cigar burns. I didn't have a great childhood." 

    I don't know how I didn't notice these before. I guess I'm physically closer to him so I see them but what happened to him. Does any of the guys know? I softly touch them and say, "I'm not going to force you to tell me what happened, but I'm here for you. If you need me. Okay?" Austyn smiles and gives me a hug. "I appreciate that Mercedes, I really do but it's not something easy to talk about. Just give me time... I'm sorry." I break the hug and say, "I understand, don't apologize, please. Here, rinse off, so I can watch you." Austyn walks under the water and says, "Try not to watch too hard. You might faint." He laughs as I say, "Hmmm... could've said the same to you. I could feel you staring when I rinsed off." I watch the water trickle down his back. His muscles flex as he rinses off his hair. I walk past the side of him. His eyes are closed and he doesn't seem to notice that I walked in front of him. I step closer to him and wrap my arms around his neck. He opens his eyes and instantly stares in to mine. Neither of us say anything. We just look at each other, we stare deeply in to our souls. I start to wonder... what happened to him? Why do bad things happen to good people? 

    Austyn interrupts my train of thought and kisses me. Chills go down my spine and I get butterflies in my stomach. I kiss back, with an equal amount of passion. I feel goosebumps on Austyn's skin as I put my hand on his chest and slide it down his six pack. I leave my hand in the middle of his torso and walk forward, moving him against the wall. I feel his hands all over my body. Every touch feeling better than the last. I hear his breathing get harder as he picks me up. To stabilize myself I wrap my legs around him as we continue to kiss. I can feel him beneath me, he is ready. His tip is already at my entrance, my heart is pounding out of my chest. I swear Austyn can hear it. "Mercedes, one more time? No feeding, just me and you?" I look back at him, and with a breathy whisper I say, "Please..." I feel his hips move back slowly, we lock eyes as he slowly moves his hips forward. Austyn slides in to me effortlessly, and slowly. He inhales sharply as I moan. He continues to move in and out of me, each thrust sending tingles throughout my body. "Mercedes you feel so good. You are so hot." He kisses me again while continuing to move. I lace my fingers through his hair. He is so perfect. He stops for a second and pulls himself out of me. Austyn puts me down and turns my body so I'm facing away from him. I arch my back and place my hands flat on the wall of the shower in front of me as Austyn runs his hands from my shoulders, to the arch of my back, then to my hips. I feel him position himself at my entrance again. He slides in again, this time a little harder, the feeling is more intense, he feels so good. "f**k, Austyn! Yes!" I moan as he starts to move at a rhythmic pace. I can hear him breathing fast. Austyn gathers my hair in his hand and gently, yet firmly pulls. He moans as he quickens his pace. He goes harder and a little faster. Austyn moves his hands back down to my hips and he starts to move me. I stop him from moving me and move myself. I look behind me, at Austyn. I am moving him, while he's inside me. By the look on his face I can tell it feels just as good for him as it does for me. Austyn reaches underneath me and places his hand on my chest and lifts my upper body, while still inside me. I am in a standing position, this forces me to arch my back. "Babe I love when you arch your back. It's quite nice." Austyn places one of his arms next to my head. I place one of my hands on one of the handles in the shower and grab his arm with the other hand. Austyn wraps his other arm around me and places it flat on my stomach, right as he does this he slide almost all the way out of me then stops. He moves in and out of me a few more times then stops. He slowly pulls himself out of me and uses his tip to play with me, everywhere down there. Firmly pressing himself against me as I feel warm liquid dripping down my leg. I don't think that's water. I want him, so badly. I want him to f**k me till I scream... till I can't take it anymore. "f**k me Aus. I want you so badly." Austyn whispers in my ear, with the most seductive tone of voice that I've ever heard, "Yes ma'am." As soon as he finishes speaking he slides in to me again, hard. He moves at a steady pace. I feel like he's mixing up my insides, but it feels so good. He goes harder and faster. He moans and says, "Baby I can't hold it. I'm going to come." Austyn kisses my neck as he goes harder a few more times. He moans as he pulls himself out of me. He lets go of me and takes a step back. I turn around, breathing heavily. We smile at each other and he leans forward and kisses me on the forehead. As he does this I wrap my arms around his waist. He steps to the side and gestures towards the water, "Wanna rinse again? With me? The shower head shoots out enough water for two, the s**t is huge!" I smile back at him, "Of course." He takes my hand and we walk under the water. Austyn turns me so I'm facing him. He takes my face in to his hands and caresses his thumbs on my cheeks. I bring my hands up to his chest and place it in the middle. I feel his heart beating. Regardless of the drama, I'm glad I met him.

     We finish our shower and say good night to each other. He opens his door for me and checks the hallway for Casey or Jay, no one is there so I head back to my room. I walk past the basement door, where the rest of the guys are and hear them still playing video games. I stop for a second, I'm almost tempted to join them but I have another big day tomorrow. I should really get some sleep. The door to the basement opens and Luke walks out. He smiles at me, "Oh, hey baby girl. What are you doing? Where's Aus?" I examine Luke's face. I used Austyn's body wash. I smell like him, how is Luke not upset? Wow... He's really okay with this arrangement. "I was just heading upstairs, to bed. Austyn is in his room. Probably going to sleep. You coming up?" Luke puts his arm around my shoulder and we start to walk towards the front staircase. Luke looks down and says, "Happy Birthday my queen, and yes. Let's go to bed. We have a big day tomorrow." Yes, indeed we do. 

    We get to our room and Luke opens the door for me. He walks in behind me and hugs me. I feel his warmth, His strength, and his love as he embraces me. I feel so happy, and so lucky, I have not one, but two perfect boyfriends. Um... mates... what ever. I am overcome with joy and happiness. I turn and hug him back. We just stand there, in this perfect embrace. Two souls, destined to be together. I've known him since I was 5 years old. I loved him before I even knew what that kind of love was. Luke interrupts the silence, "Are you nervous about your first shift? Or scared maybe?" I look up at him, "A little of both. I know what's going to happen. Emmie told me what to expect. I know I'm a hybrid but I'm worried about he pain and how my abilities as a Succubus are going to merge with me being a wolf." Luke pulled me closer to himself and said, "Baby girl, I'm going to be right there, with you. So will Emmie, and probably Julian. We got you, I got you. Don't over think it. Once you learn, its as easy as walking." He's right. At least I won't be alone. But I'm still so very nervous. I feel a little reassured. "Let's go to bed Luke. Its really late." Luke takes my hand and leads me towards the bed, He stops at the foot of the bed and lets go of my hand. "Hang on baby girl." I watch him walk in to our closet and hear him going through his drawers. "Baby girl, take your clothes off, I doubt you want to sleep in jeans." I listen and undress. "Good point. Yes sir haha!" My body feels heavy, I am so tired. I hear Luke going through the dresser again, but he comes out shortly after wearing only boxers, looking good as usual. I look towards Luke with a slightly pouty face, "I'm so tired babe..." Luke looks at me and smiles, "Here baby, I'll help." Luke unfolds his favorite Star Wars t-shirt and sets it behind me on the bed. He kisses me on the forehead as he unhooks my bra. I let it slide to the floor. "Yum, can't wait for my dessert after dinner tomorrow. I laugh and playfully hit Luke in the arm, "Babe! You're so dorky!" Luke lifts my chin and gives me a soft kiss, "Yeah Baby, but I'm your dork." As he said this I didn't realize that he unbuttoned my pants. I hear him unzip them and I finish taking them off. Luke is just staring at me, "Damn, those thighs." He pauses and seductively bites his lower lip. "But dessert is after dinner." Luke grabs his shirts and help me in to it. We both crawl in to bed. I'm facing away from him but he pulls me close to him and wraps his arms around me. I feel safe. He starts lightly caressing my arm, this gives me gentle goosebumps. I start to drift off to sleep as he plays with my hair.

    I wake up to hear a knock on our door. I start to get up but Luke stops me. "Good morning baby, I'll get it." Luke grabs a t-shirt on the way to the door and puts it on. I sit up in bed and look at the clock, It's almost 2:00pm. Luke opens the door and Nancy walks in with a tray of food. Grilled cheese, and orange juice. Nancy greets me with the brightest smile, "Happy birthday Miss Mercedes!" Luke grabs a grilled cheese and heads to the bathroom. Nancy sets the tray down on the coffee table and walks over to me. "Thank you Nancy! How was your morning?" Nancy sits at the edge of the bed near me and turns to hug me. "Oh sweet heart it was perfect! I had the morning off, I went to the diner for breakfast with Mr. Johnson. It was delightful." Nancy always talks about Mr. Daniel Johnson, she talks about how 'dreamy' he is. She compares him to James Dean! I smile, "Was it the diner that was delightful? Maybe the food? Or was it Mr. Johnson?" Nancy blushes, "Oh you hush up!" She giggles, looks around, then looks back at me and says, "He was delightful!" We both laugh. Luke walks out of the bathroom and says, "What are you two laughing about?" Nancy's eyes widen and she blushes as she says, "Oh nothing we were just-" I interrupt, "We were talking about how Nancy went on a date with Mr. Johnson and-" before I can finish my sentence Nancy grabs my pillow and softly pushes me back with it. Both of us start laughing again. Luke walks in to the closet and says, "Well look at you Fancy Nancy, getting your perfect man." Nancy stands up and says, "Well I should be going, let me know if you need anything kiddos! Bye now!" She hurries out of the room before I could further embarrass her. She's so adorable! 

    I grab my phone and have a few text messages from various friends and family wishing me happy birthday. Luke's phone rings and he hears it, "Baby who is it?" He asks from over by the coffee table. "It's Jay." I reach over and answer the phone, I put it on speaker. "Hey Jay, it's me. Your on speaker. Luke is here." Jay sounds energetic, "Hey lady! Happy birthday! Guys, Julian is letting us take the boat out! Want to go wake boarding?" I don't really feel like using too much energy considering what I have to do tonight. I look at Luke and shake my head, he nods in acknowledgement and says, "No thanks bro, maybe tomorrow. Go ahead without us!" Jay responds then hangs up. Luke bring me over a plate with grilled cheese on it and a glass of orange juice. "Eat then put on something comfy. We're going for a hike in the woods. I got to show you something." Luke says as he finishes tying his laces on his tennis shoes. I quickly finish eating and go to the closet to change. I stare at my dresser... comfy... leggings and cropped tank top, that works. I grab my sports bra and put it on. It doesn't take me long to change and I decide not to put makeup, I look okay already. I didn't actually realize how much this outfit defines my curves. Damn, I look hot. I throw my hair in to a high ponytail and walk out of the closet with confidence after putting on my tennis shoes. I stop in the doorway of the closet to see where Luke is. He's sitting on the couch. He was looking down at his lap but fixing his hair with his hands. I smiled, he's not even doing anything but he looks so f*****g hot. Its like I'm watching a video advertisement for Nike... this guy wearing his Nike muscle shirt with all his damn muscles lookin so DAMN fine! Uhhhhh! I need to stop now... "Ready to go?" Luke looks up at me with just his eyes. He is undressing me with his eyes, staring at me like I'm the most delicious thing on the planet. He slowly lifts his head and parts his lips. The air gets pulled from the room. The only thing I could hear is my heart beating and him breathing. I lean against the closet doorway and look at my man. I feel the desire burning through my eyes and my lips parting, revealing a sexy pout shape. Luke takes a huge breath in as he sits back in the couch. He pats his lap and says one simple but in that moment a very powerful word, "Come..." I walk over to him. I put my hand on his face and then his shoulder as I straddle him. Luke looks at me with a raised eyebrow. He gently, yet firmly grabs my hips and pulls my body closer to his. "Baby girl, I have half a mind to f**k the life out of you right now, but I am very conflicted because there's a purpose to this hike today." I really want to know what is so important about this hike but he's just... so... I don't know what I want! Maybe- "Hike, we have to go on this hike." Luke interrupts my thoughts. I stand up and face Luke. Before he could get up I lean over and kiss him. "You owe me later." I walk towards the door as soon as I finish my sentence. I turn to see Luke smile and get up. He catches up with me and slaps my ass and says, "Baby girl, you already know... its going down later. That I put my life on." I get in to the hallway and Luke pushes me against the wall and places both arms on either side of my head then kisses me back, "Yeah, definitely later." 

    We make our way through the house and head toward the back. The house sits on a lot of land, most of which is forest so we don't need to go far. Luke told me that Emmie and Julian were handling 'pack business' and explained what that meant but he told me that they both told him to tell me happy birthday and they would return before dinner time. We arrive to the start of the forest and start our hike to an unknown location. Luke still will not tell me where we are going or why. I am getting so curious and a little excited. Luke and I talk about school, about the guys, about our families, and about Austyn. The weather is perfect today, 70 degrees and sunny. I start to wonder about why Luke is alright with sharing me. I don't want to ruin my time with him but I have to know... "Luke, why are you okay with basically sharing me with Austyn?" Without hesitation Luke responds, "Because I trust you both. Because I love you and accept everything about you. Austyn is your Succubus mate, what ever its called, you don't choose your mate. They are chosen for you by a higher power, so they are a part of you. I can't deny that. I was acting like a huge d**k and hypocrite when I was upset that Austyn was acting on Mate to Mate instinct because I was doing the same to him. I felt like I was treating you like something I owned. I felt like I belittled you by doing that. I didn't want to drive you away or suffocate you. He's like a brother to me, so that idea instantly came to me." I walk slower to process what he said. Luke noticed and matched my pace. "Luke, I understand all that. I love you so much. You are my soul mate and I don't want to lose you because of this. I don't want this to push you away. I guess I'm just worried that you eventually won't want me anymore or something." Luke stops and grabs my hand. "Don't ever say anything like that. I love you too baby but you will never lose me or push me away, even if you tried you couldn't push me away. You are the perfect woman for me. Now come on, we are almost there." Luke, still holding my hand, pulls me faster. He always knows what to say. I am so lucky to have him. 

    We enter a clearing. Through the trees you could see the lake and the sun's reflection sparkling on the surface of the water. The trees are just starting to change colors and leaves are falling. there are a few wildflowers in various places within view of the clearing. It is so beautiful, it looks like a picture. Luke walks me to the middle of the clearing. He says, "Lets sit baby. I sometimes come here when I have a lot on my mind. It helps me calm down and sort through my thoughts. This is sort of my special place and I wanted to share it with you." Luke sits down and I sit next to him but snuggle up with him. I just want to touch him, be physically connected in this moment. I rest my head on his shoulder as he says, "Close your eyes baby. Listen to everything around you. Concentrate. This will help you feel calm. You will feel at peace and relaxed. Tonight when you do your first shift I want you to close your eyes and think of how you feel now. Don't focus on anything else. Just be at peace and stay calm. Breathe." I inhale slowly and feel my senses heighten. I feel the warmth of the sun on my skin. I feel the slight breeze brush past my face. I hear the small waves on the lake and the birds chirping. I smell flowers and fresh air. I place my hand on Luke's chest and feel Luke's heart beat. Everything is beautiful. This moment is breath-taking. I feel so peaceful. Luke whispers, he interrupts my peaceful moment but I still feel the peacefulness linger. He says, "Open your eyes baby." I opened my eyes and saw a small heart shaped velvet box. Luke was smiling as he handed it to me. I smile, "What is it?" Luke puts his arm around my shoulder and says, "Just open it baby girl." I open it and see a beautiful silver ring with a round blue stone and two diamonds on both sides. "Babe, its beautiful. Thank you." Luke replies, "It's a promise ring baby. Mercedes, one day I promise to make you my wife. I promise you my whole life." A tear of joy escapes my eyes, "Luke, its perfect. I love you babe." 

    "Mercedes I promise to protect and love you. I promise to make you my wife. I promise to always stand by your side. Forever."
