Lilies pov

Just as my dad asked the question his phone rang he immediately got up to pick it and from his reaction I could tell it was my grandpa, I breathed in a sigh of relief I don’t know my dad would be so thrilled if he found out I was bitten by a vampire,

I watched my father on the phone as his face when from shock to anger I have never seen that expression on his face before, he ended the call and was silent for a min.

“What’s wrong?? My mom asked worried

“ my dad is coming over they found the body of a dea”.. my dad started my mum coughed cutting him off, “ Lilly why don’t you go to your room” she said “ we would continue this discussion about your wolf later” she had a look of disgust in her eyes which I couldn’t really understand, I thought discovering I have a wolf now would make my mum love me maybe a little bit I guess I was wrong but I didn’t want to think about that, I knew what my dad was about to say before my mum cut him off I totally forgot about the werewolf of that night I have been so focused on my new found self that I totally forgot that I witnessed a muder take place right in front of me, I ran up to my room immediately I got inside I flopped on my bed tired, I lay down staring at the ceiling soon I slept off.

When I woke up the next morning I felt hot I went to have my bath and got ready for school when I got downstairs I discovered the whole house was quiet which was very unusual I took a apple on the dining table and left for school I got to school early luckily I rushed to my locker to take out some notes for my morning class, I noticed some students staring and whispering at me which was nothing unusual till I overheard a girl talking about how a dead wolf was found in the woods and how my scent and that of a vampire was all over the place I listened more and discovered the werewolf was a rogue and had probably wandered into our territory by mistake I was so distracted by the conversation I was listening that I didn’t notice when every where got silent and I didn’t notice the shadow looming over me.

“is that a vampire”!!!!!! I heard a very sharp whisper

I gasped looking up smiling down at me amusingly was Luca looking devastating handsome

“Hello mate” he said

My eyes widened I grabbed his hand pulling him into the nearest empty class I could get,

I pulled him in and locked the door totally ignoring the people watching us.

“Mate!!!!??”

What do you mean mate ? I am not your mate” I shouted into his face

He looked confused for a second

“You don’t feel anything? He asked grabbing my hands “anything at all??

Immediately he did that i shivered feelings sparks spread through our joined hands I pulled my hands off his backing away slowly.

“ there must be a mistake we can’t be mates you’re a vampire and I am a werewolf it is not possible” I told him

I don’t understand what I am feeling right now my head was aching so bad all of a sudden like it is about to slit I became dizzy grabbing the walls for support I felt Luca grab me making me lean on him he started rubbing my back soothingly.

“Breathe love” he said “ just breathe”

With the sound of his voice my breathing slowed down and my headache started going down slowing when I became calm I started feeling everything he was doing to me sparks everywhere the sensation started building up till I heard a voice shout in my head.
