"Steven, are you sure about your brother's last will and testament?" Janet was asking her husband.

"Anaya will be the owner of everything only after she got married?" Janet grinned deep inside. She was delightful after hearing the will of her husband's elder brother.

Anaya's father built an empire by his hard work and she was the only heiress of Thompson Corp. On the other hand, Janet's husband was a gambler and a lazy person, if it weren't for his brother's help they could be on-street a long time ago.

"Darling, why are you smiling? We are not getting any penny from this property." Steven asked her wife for smiling sheepishly. Janet always wanted a rich life and now she has the chance.

Steven was furious because he thought his brother would have given him a good amount but he gave him nothing in his will.

"Well we won't be able to get a penny but we will be the owner of Thompson Corp," Janet said while her eyes glistened in greed.

"What are you talking about?"

"I will arrange her marriage with my nephew, Your niece is stúpid, she won't be able to deny it."

"Wow, Janet you're a genius! What will I do without you?" Steven hugged her wife.

Anaya was tired when she came home from Amy's house. She sat on the couch of their living room and called one of their housemaids, "Daisy can you please give me some water?"

She wait for about five minutes but nobody came with the water. Anaya was appalled when there was no one in the kitchen. All of their maids are gone. She thought maybe something bad happened in the house.

She called her aunt. "Hello, Aunty Janet... Something happened in the house."

"What happened Anaya?" Janet asked irritated.

"There are no maids in the house. I have searched the whole house," Anaya anxiously said.

"I know that. I dismissed them all," Janet declared.

"What? Why did you do that?"

"We are only five members in the family... why do we need dozens of maids? It's just a waste of money. We can do our daily work by ourselves," Janet explained.

No words came out from her lips after hearing what her Aunt Janet said. She managed to say okay and hang up the phone and thought that her miserable life has just been started.

One Month Later...

Anaya's life has changed drastically in a month. She became the housemaid from a princess of the mansion. She had to do all the households chores and was not allowed to complain.

She vividly recalls when her Aunt Janet told her to make her breakfast for the first time in her life and that was just the beginning, her aunt, later on, asked her to make breakfast for everyone in the house.

This is her Aunt Janet's way, from cleaning her room until she noticed that's she's now cleaning the whole house and even doing their laundry. Anaya turned into a servant of his uncle's family. Aside from going to her school, the rest of her time is spent doing the chores in the house.

Anaya regrets being an introvert, if she could be a little more fierce then she wouldn't have to suffer this much. This is her house but she's keeping the grudges herself silently.

On the other hand, Janet and Steven were planning the marriage of Anaya with the son of Janet's sister, Stephanie. Her son has been going in and out of the jail because of fighting during gambling. They found a perfect match for Anaya.
