The Destiny we Share

I recently moved to a new country and city and have a lot of ambitious goals. Hello, this is Eva. I'm just a regular girl with an ordinary dream. There isn't a single friend or family member present. I'd like to know what it's like to begin a life over completely. The first day of college is tomorrow. I'm ecstatic. I'm eager to meet new people. The jet lag is real, oh my god. I'm not even sure when I fell asleep. I got dressed in this adorable miniskirt and a jumper after taking a shower. Yay, taxi has arrived! And just like that, I was at the university campus in no time. The university is enormous. The cafeteria is huge. The library is enormous! Whoa, I've fallen in love. While meandering around campus in search of my class, I happened upon these two adorable people. Like me, the girl and the guy were lost, so I tried to strike up a conversation and we introduced ourselves. The man introduced himself as Nathan. Glad to have met you! Stella was the name of the girl. They appeared to be pleasant individuals. We clicked immediately. Stella was a sweet girl, but Nathan came across as a bit of an introverted and shy guy. We exchanged contact information. "Oh my gosh, look at you Eva making friends on the first day," said the voice in my head. The first time I saw him was when we were lounging on the couch in the cafeteria. My eyes followed him right away. After just five seconds of eye contact, I averted my gaze, but I couldn't help but be amazed at how much he resembled an anime character. He was tall, with well-defined features, well-groomed hair, and broad shoulders that gave him an angelic appearance. He was radiant and had on a white shirt. The problem is, the campus is huge, even though I have a crush on this guy. Not that I'm going to run into him again. There's nothing I can do. I'm disappointed that I don't even know his name, so I am going to call you "The white tee guy " lol. We attended lectures later that day. There were so many people in the class. After I entered and took a seat, a man approached me and made a flirtatious introduction, saying something like, "Hey, pretty, I'm Jacob." I blushed a little and introduced myself, and then Caleb, a friendly guy, stopped by and said, "You have a gorgeous smile." Caleb looked like a chill, laid-back guy. We became good friends. I also became friends with the 3 girls in the class. Ashley, Daniella, and Pearl. Well, I had a good time today. I got home, showered, and lay in bed, wondering if I would ever see him again or if I would ever run into him again. These were the ideas running in my mind. Days went by, and I almost forgot about this guy until I unexpectedly ran into him again at the cafeteria stairs. We exchanged glances, but I felt like he saw me too, so that fleeting moment gave me butterflies. i felt this weird attraction towardshim i never felt this way before for anyone, "I want him " is all I could think. but don't have the guts to approach him I mean I never approached someone first before. I don't think i have the courage to do that now, so i thought to myself. "if it's meant to be we will happen" Today, I'm dressed simply in a black bodycon dress that accentuates my figure the way it should. Boys in my class have been staring at me, but I've ignored them. Suddenly, though, I felt someone move a chair over to sit next to me. He was none other than Jacob "the flirtatious ass". He was tall, about 6'2", attractive, and had a muscular, fit body. He was very flirtatious and asked do you have a boyfriend ? I said, "No, I don't." He then said, "Perfect, I want to take you out on a date. I really liked you ever since I laid eyes on you." I didn't want to come across as rude, so I said, "I'll let you know cause I don't want to sound rude." cause the whole class was watching us, I mean, he is attractive, but I don't feel that way about him that I want to be in a relationship with him. as he stood up and said, "Take all the time you need but let me know by this evening, I can't wait to take you out." He winked, took my hand in his, and kissed it. I was like, "What?" God, everyone's watching! He was teased by the entire class as if there was a romantic relationship between us. What have you gotten yourself into, Eva?
