“Come on.” I practically had to drag Raiden to go to the forest near our apartment. Even though the building was located in the middle of the city, at the back was a forest, which was also the border of the Blazebite Primal Pack.
“Whyyyyy???” As usual, he always complained, especially after a long day at the office like today.
“Because we received information about rogue movements all across the borders of powerful packs,” Darien replied.
“But the two of you are more than enough to patrol,” he huffed and kicked a stone that was in his way, acting like the middle child he was.
Darien muttered something underneath his breath, which sounded something like, “Poor stone. What did it do to you?”
