A very hard moment By: Arm Mohammed Ali (Short story) After a long time sitting by her bed, she started to move. He was so hopeless that he was sure she would die. All the doctors said that it's only a matter of time and then it will be her end. Suddenly she woke up and held his hand. She looked at his face and gave a sweet smile. Although her face was fade but it's still beautiful. She said in a very low voice that he could hardly hear,"How are you, my heart". He said,"I am ok. I am waiting for you. You are everything for me. I can't live without you. Our baby is also waiting for you." She said,"Did we get a boy or a girl?" He replied,"We got a pretty girl who looks exactly like her beautiful mom". She said,"I am happy that she is a girl. I hope you will find love in her after me. Take care of her and take care of yourself. I will die, but my soul will be always around both of you. It will save both of you. I hope you will be happy. Don't be sad. Promise me. I want you not to cry. Love our daughter as much as you love me. I won't ask you to love her more because I am sure you loved me the most." He said,"Please, don't say that. You will live until our daughter will become a bride. You will get up soon. I am sure that you are a very strong woman. I am used to that. You are the one who always supported me. You are the one who used to give me hope. You are the smile I have on my lips. You are the light on my way. You are my guide and my life fellow. You mean everything for me. You will be soon ok." She said,"Shhhh, listen to me, please. It will be the last time you listen to me. I want to give the last look on my daughter before I die. Bring her here , please." He went out and came back quickly with his daughter. He put the girl very near to her. She said,"May I hug her and kiss her, please?" He said,"Of course". He made her kiss the baby and hugged her. Then she said,"I want you to hug me so tight. I miss your hug so much." He hugged her so tight. She said,"Now I can say to you goodbye. I love you so much. Take care of yourself and our baby. My soul will be always with you. Don't be sad, please." Then she stopped talking. He tried to move her, but she was dead. He started crying and he took her daughter and went out. He lost the woman who he really loved, but she left a part of her to him. He gave the girl the same name as her mom. He wouldn't forget her forever.
