Travis point of view
Jaylin was half-asleep when we pulled up in front of my place. I couldn’t really see where she was hurt or bad, she looked because it was dark. I would have a chance to take a better look once I get her to my room.
Connor and Jacob were still wide awake when we arrived after hours of searching for her. They almost jumped up from the couch when we entered the house with her in my arms. They didn’t see much of her as I covered her with my jacket.
“You found her,” Jacob noted while Connor gave her a worried look when she barely moved in my arms.
“She’s fine,” I assured both of them and then carried sleeping Jaylin up to my room.
