The Sweet Psycho
Once upon a time, there was a young woman named Violet. She had long, flowing blonde hair, bright blue eyes, and a sweet smile that could light up a room. Violet was a kind-hearted girl who always tried to see the good in everyone.
One day, while out running errands, Violet met a man named Lucas. He was tall, dark, and handsome with piercing green eyes that seemed to look straight through her. Lucas was charming and witty, and Violet found herself drawn to him immediately.
Over the next few weeks, Violet and Lucas started to spend more and more time together. They went on romantic dates, talked for hours on the phone, and even took a weekend trip to the beach. Violet was falling in love with Lucas, and she thought he felt the same way.
But then, things started to change. Lucas became possessive and controlling, insisting that Violet spend all her time with him and refusing to let her see her friends or family. He would get angry if she didn't answer his calls or texts immediately, and he would constantly accuse her of cheating on him.
At first, Violet thought Lucas was just insecure, and she tried to reassure him that she loved him and only him. But things only got worse. Lucas started to become physically abusive, hitting her when she didn't do what he wanted or when he thought she was flirting with other men.
Violet was terrified, but she couldn't bring herself to leave Lucas. She loved him too much, and she believed that he loved her too. She convinced herself that if she just tried harder, if she just loved him more, he would change.
But he didn't change. Instead, Lucas's behavior became more and more erratic. He would switch from being sweet and loving one moment to violent and cruel the next. He would say things that made Violet question her own sanity, making her feel like she was the crazy one.
Finally, one night, Violet realized that she had to get out. She packed a bag and left while Lucas was asleep, running to a friend's house for safety. She filed a restraining order against him and moved away to start a new life.
But Lucas wasn't finished with her yet. He stalked her relentlessly, sending her threatening messages and showing up at her workplace. He even broke into her new apartment one night, leaving a note that read "You can run, but you can't hide. I'll always find you."
Violet was terrified, but she refused to let Lucas control her life anymore. She went to the police and got a restraining order, and she started to rebuild her life with the help of her friends and family.
Months passed, and Violet started to feel like she was finally free from Lucas's grasp. She had a new job, new friends, and even started dating again. But then, one day, she received a package in the mail. Inside was a note from Lucas, along with a lock of her hair and a photo of her sleeping in her new apartment.
Violet knew then that she was never truly free from Lucas, that he would always be a part of her life. She realized that she was living with a sweet psycho, and that she would always have to be vigilant to keep herself safe.
And so, Violet lived the rest of her life with one eye always looking over her shoulder, always afraid that Lucas would come back into her life. She never forgot the lessons she learned, and she made sure to warn others of the dangers of falling in love with a sweet psycho like Lucas.
