The exhumation of the remains of the unknown man, now suspected of being Brother Bernárd, took place the following morning, at 6 am to be precise. DCI Agostini had obtained the necessary licence for exhumation. He, Ross and Drake, accompanied by DCs Curtis and Dodds, were present to witness the procedure, along with the deputy manager of Anfield Cemetery and the obligatory Environmental Health Officer.
