Forbidden Love

Unknown P.O.V There are not many of my species left, those that are left have gone into hiding, to get away from the hunters. Many years ago our Ancestors started a war against the human race, soon after they found out about us and soon began to hunt us and kill us. We did this so the supernaturals would survive and continued to live for many generations to come, but who knew the war would wipe out nearly the entire human population. We rule over all supernatunaturals, sure they have their own kingdoms, but we oversee it all. Lately, we have been ruling from the shadows, we have been getting attacks back to back, it seems the hunters, our species is already scarce as it is so we have gone into hiding, only coming out when it's necessary. The King and Queen if us are of the longest living of our species, a couple months before all the hunters started attacking us, the King and Queen had their first child. I was called up to the child's chambers, as the royal Seer, they wanted to see how their child’s life would be like in the future and here is what I told them: As I felt my eyes roll to the back of my head as I felt the blue sparks for magic float from fingers and wrap around the baby as I started to get a vision, “As the sun rises on her 18th birthday she’ll come face to face with someone who is who is both a friend and a foe, she’ll have to choose between the most important things in her life. WIth one and without the other she’ll know everything and be able to defeat the great evil that is soon to come, but with the other without you she will never be able reach her full potential and will never know the full truth. Know this if one is taken away she will never ever feel true love.” I stopped my magic as the prophecy soon ended. ~ I soon informed them that the great evil is soon approaching, they both decided that it was best that they send their child away, I offered my help and they greatly accepted soon enough they had everything ready. I sent the child through a portal that I don't even know where it led to, after of course suppressing everything in her until it was time for her first shift. This is where our story begins….
