20. Laid to Rest It was nice to be home again and in the arms of the man I loved. I was tired beyond imagining, the events of the past months — was it really close to a year? — finally catching up with me. Even though I was warm and safe within Danny’s arms I drifted into an uneasy sleep, thoughts of Amy on my mind. My body began to tremble uncontrollably as a memory resurfaced and played itself back to me in a dream. I was back in hell.
