“I am not finished.” Marcus repeated as I looked at his grip on my shoulder. “What did you mean? Why tell you?”   I turned and faced him, sharply aware that his temper was growing.    “Why tell me that you discovered my plan of escape from here?”    I found myself demanding an answer from him for once. I damn well had earned answers.  He studied my eyes and then they fell to my lips. I could tell that he was studying the features of my face. He found me beautiful even though I was as enraged, and he didn’t seem to mind showing it. I looked away from him, not wanting to try to stand up to his blue eyes now, not given my new found frustration.    “You were the one deceiving me, not the other way around.
