Episode Nine "Common Bronco, faster", Alvin said again, tapping the horse hard this time, it's neigh became louder "Alvin, stop right now", his grandfather, Joe the king of the Green City ordered "Common Bronco", Alvin shouldn't, holding Livia tight. "Clive, shoot the arrow', Alvin's grandfather, Joe ordered "Alvin stop, I'll surrender", Livia said, taking the cloth off her head "I won't allow you do that, just hold the rope tight", Alvin replied. The horse neigh so loud, it's sound echoed in the woods and came back at them, an arrow had been shot at it. It tumbled down. "Bronco", Alvin roared, Bronco was Alvin's favorite horse, it was gifted to him by Jed since he was young, "Bronco", Alvin shouted again but Bronco could only answer with a faint neigh, "Stay right there, I'll be back, just stay right there", Alvin added and grabbed Livia's hand as they tried to get away from the werewolves again, they were closer to them than before but Alvin was keen on getting away from them. They finally got to the sea, and all that was left was to crossover which doesn't seem possible, Alvin kept looking around to find a boat or anything that would take them to the other side, he found a boat and pushed it into the sea. Alvin helped Livia get into the boat, "Go on, I'll meet you there, I need to deal with them", he mumbled, referring to the werewolves who were right behind them "No, Alvin, just come with me", Livia replied "Look at me", Alvin stated, cupping her face, "I need to deal with them else they will come back for us", he added "But.. but I..." "No, no but", Alvin murmured placing his index finger on her lip, "I'll meet you there Livia, I need go deal with them", Alvin added and pushed the boat. "Alvin", Livia muttered Alvin turned to face the werewolves, his eyes turning green, he clenched his jaw, his claws crawled out of his fingers. "Hey, hey Alvin", Joe, his grandfather called, "We are not here to fight you, we just want you back with us, we don't want you with that human girl", he added "I'm not going back with you", Alvin replied and turned to leave but he had already been surrounded by the werewolves, he stepped back, turning in circle, he giggled. "Alvin just come with us, don't let us do this", Joe pestered, "We don't want to fight you Alvin, just listen to me", he added Alvin laughed and picked up one of the werewolves, he pierced through his chest with his claws, then tore the chest open, he brought out the Werewolf's heart, it was beating slowly and faintly in his hand, "Stop them or I'll have everyone's heart to myself", he laughed scornfully "Hey, Clive, shoot her. Shoot her right now", Joe ordered "No, no, don't do that, don't...." "Alvin!", Livia shouted as the arrow pierced into her, she held unto her chest, "Alvin", she called faintly "No", Alvin screamed, tears rolled down his eyes uncontrollably, he jumped into the sea and swam to Livia who was already laying helplessly in the boat, her body was swimming in the pool of her own blood, "Livia, Livi, Livi", Alvin called, tapping her cheek, his hands covered with her blood, "Livia, no don't do this, I'm right here", he said, tapping her again, tears gushed down his eyes Livia held Alvin hand, "Al...Al", she opened her mouth widely and there came a foreign noise from deep within her insides, as though a solid piece of her has cracked or pipped. Alvin picked her up, he made her rest on his chest, "Livia, say something, tell me you will stay with me, Livia", he cried, tapping her cheeks continuously, "Livia don't do this to me, just open your eyes please", he held her close to his cheers, his shoulders shook as he cried. She opened her eyes, and smiled faintly, she brought her hand up to his cheek and wiped his tears, "I...I.. will..I will be", she coughed, but it was blood. Alvin cried more at the sight of that, "I'm.. I ...I'm sorry.. I ... I love you Alvin", she said and shut her eyes. Alvin's eyed widened, he held his hand to her chest and felt her heart flutter and drop. A column of hair grew from her mouth and her body lurched and grew still. Her right hand fell, Alvin lifted it and it fell again. "Livia", Alvin screamed so loud, his voice sounded like a thunderstorm, he cried so loud, "Livia", he cried out again, his eyes turned green, they burnt from anger and sorrow, "No, No, Livia", Alvin cried again, he hugged her tightly, "No", he screamed. ALVIN'S POV I spranged up from my bed, I had the same dream again, my memories were coming back as a dream, I still couldn't stop blaming myself for making Livia go through that. I could have killed everyone, but I didn't, I was responsible for Livia's death. I walked to the wall and hit it hard, "I am responsible, I am to be blamed", I shouted and kept hitting it till I was tired, I fell to the floor and rested my head on the wall. I had to find Livia, and I must do that as soon as I could, she was always dead or almost dead whenever I get to her for the past six year. I had always sneaked out of the mountain house during the red moon to find Livia, but I never got to meet her. I walked to my wardrobe and picked up my robe, then motioned for the bathroom. I took my bath and wore a black round neck and a black suit, I had to wipe the detective's memories as fast as I could, so I can get enough time to look for Livia. I rushed down the stairs and Jed was in the kitchen as always, "Good morning Jed", I said and rushed to the door, I had woken up late already, I had to get to the detective fast. "Hey Alvin, I was just trying to prepare your meal, your breakfast is cold already", Jed stated. "No, it's okay Jed, I won't be able to eat now. I've got to go", I said and rushed out, I got into my car and zoomed off, and on to the Afterlife office. I drove into the garage and rushed out of the car, I had to find a way to erase the detective's memories as fast as I could. She might reveal my identity, and that wouldn't be good for me and the people in Green City. I walked into the afterlife office and Rogue sat right beside my grandfather, I knew it was best to avoid him. I moved closer to my grandpa and bent to greet him, he nodded but didn't say a word, I knew something was wrong but I wasn't in the mood to listen. "Alvin, where are the souls I asked you to take to the afterlife?", grandpa asked. I turned and laughed, it was quite funny to hear him ask me that question, what was he expecting me to do with the souls, "They are in the afterlife", I responded and turned to leave. "How about the one I saw you with?", he asked and I stood still. I knew right from the start that Lucy would get me into trouble, I kept silent for a while to think of an excuse I could give him, "Uhmm.... Grandpa, she ran away so I had to go after her", I lied. Rogue spranged up from his seat and moved closer to me, "You seem to be incompetent, you couldn't even look after the souls", he ranted. I kept looking at him, I didn't say a word, I knew he wanted an argument and I wasn't going to give him. I turned to leave but he pulled me back. "You couldn't even kill the human girl", he roared, "You have to kill her now or I step in", he added. I wasn't going to kill her, I just wanted to erase her memories and she isn't a coward like the other humans I've met, she doesn't seem to be scared of me, "Rogue, that detective girl isn't so easy like you think", I responded. Rogue laughed, "This is why I said you are incompetent, give me two hours, just two hours and you will see her dead", he boasted. I smiled, "Thanks but no thanks, I don't need you to step in, this is my business and I will take care of it", I replied. "I'm stepping in because you've become weak and you couldn't even kill that little girl, I knew it would end up like this after being locked up for years, you.." "Rogue", I roared and sped towards him, I picked him up and pinned him to one of the pillars, I hate it when people talk about my past, especially being locked up, "Don't you dare say another word", I growled, using my alpha voice. "Let him down Alvin", my grandpa said but I wasn't going to let Rogue go easily. "Don't you ever mess with me", I barked. "Alvin I said let him down", Grandpa shouted and I released my hand from his neck. He fell to the floor and disappeared. I stood still for a while and I made up my mind to go find the detective girl, "I'm off", I said and walked out of the office. I walked to my car, got in and zoomed out of the Green City. The gate to the Green City was only visible and could be entered by people like me. I motioned for the detective's house, I parked away from the house and walked there, the house was blocked when I got there, it was sealed with the yellow tape. I couldn't think about where she could be at that moment, I decided to go to the City's Police station. I walked back to my car, got in and drove off. I entered into the police station but I couldn't find her around, I decided to ask someone. "Hey", I called. The lady stared at me for some minutes that I had to look at myself again to be sure I wasn't naked. Her cheeks turned red, "Oh my God, you are so handsome, please take a seat", she murmured. I couldn't waste time, "Sorry but I am here for someone, she is...uhmmm...she is", I realized that I didn't even know her name, I had to find a way to describe her, "She just lost her parents", I added. She looked at me and her face dropped, "You mean Elsie?", she asked. I cranked my eyes, I wasn't sure if she was the one but I had to answer, "Yes, Elsie", I responded with a smile. "Oh!, she will be at the funeral home now", she stated. "Thank you very much", I replied and turned to leave. She pulled me back, "Would you mind some coffee?", she asked. I pulled her hand off me, "I'm sorry but no", I responded and strode out. I got into my car and drove to the funeral home, I had my mask on to avoid people recognizing me. I could still remember her parent's face and I saw their picture frame when I got there but Elsie wasn't anywhere around. I looked around but I couldn't find her, I knew she would still be in the building, I started searching through the rooms. It was like someone or something was calling me, I had never felt that way. I opened another funeral room, I looked around but I couldn't find her, I wanted to go back and wipe her memories later but Rogue's words wouldn't let me. I opened another room and I saw her there, right in the hands of Fred, one of the Green City's traitor. He held Elsie up and pinned her against the wall, she held Fred's hand. I didn't want to interfere but I felt the urge to do that, I felt the need to help her, it was so unusual.
