When Austin and I go back into the room, Laura returns back.
She tugs on my arm and says, "Emma, I've been thinking about hosting a party to introduce you to my friends. They're really looking forward to meeting you."
Friends? Does she mean her rich billionaire friends and most of them are werewolves?
I bite my lips, "I'm afraid I'll embarrass you."
"Emma, don't be ridiculous. You're beautiful, smart, and funny. My friends will love you just as much as I do." Lauran smiles.
