Marcel's POV I went to my mom after the call, hoping that I could convince her to leave the pack. When I got to the room, I met her on a call, talking and laughing loudly. I focused my hearing, and I was surprised at the voice I heard at the other end of the phone— my cousin, Sofia. Mom had always liked her, but wasn't their closeness a little too much?
