Shattered dreams

Clara's pov Standing by the side of the road with my traveling box,I finally decided to leave the hell called Memories of the years of suffering in my aunt's house keep flashing through my eyes as I stood in the heavy rain. Standing by the road side,I have no where to go,no relatives, no friends and I am left with no one in this cruel life after I finally ran away from my aunt and her daughter. My parents died in a plane crash fifteen years ago when I was just 5 years old. Maybe I should have gone to the states with them, I shouldn't have insisted on staying back for my cousin's birthday. Thinking I was going to have a better life after my aunt took me in was another dream that was completely shattered when I clocked ten,she became a completely different person and I became the maid in the house Her husband tried to help me but he never had a say in the house When I clocked 18 ,I was forced transfer all my parents properties that was already in my name as I was an only child to her. I became more miserable,life became completely unbearable and the only thing I could hold on to were my parent's pictures. It gives me so much hope and joy and I always hope they will one day save me from this dungeon even though they are no more. I took the chance to run when my aunt killed her husband,me and daughter,Alena being witnesses I totally lost my breath and almost died myself but my aunt and her daughter were not moved at all My sister warned me to never mention what happened to anyone at all , it's not like I can since I never step out of the gate and I am not allowed in the living room whenever there are visitors around. My beautiful chance came when my aunt and her daughter went to dispose her husband's body in a sea as I heard them say. As soon as they left I horridly packed my clothes inside my half spoilt box and hurried out of the house. Heavens had my back on this day as no one was at the gate,all staffs have been given an unexpected break as they want no one to find out about their bad deed. Standing in the heavy rain,no umbrella,no money,no where to go I never went to school after pre- school so I have no friends I was home tutored a little just to show people I was being taken care of but it all stopped when I turned 10 I stood there thinking of what to do when a car parked beside me and seeing a man in black with dark dangerous eyes ,I shvered and for a second my parent's spirits flashed before my eyes. I closed my eyes expecting my doom but what I heard next shocked me . . . . .
