Eva and I went back to the packhouse, and the last two days have been much better. Paul is being overly attentive to both of us. Eva loved the extra attention from him. He woke up this morning and told me to sleep in, getting Eva ready by himself and taking her down to the dining hall for breakfast. He even took her to work with him and arranged for Randy and Amy to come spend the day with me. Amy is going back to San Francisco with her mate tomorrow and he’s supposed to be coming sometime tonight to join us before we head out to a club for “girl’s night out”. Our girl’s night turned into a mate's, plus Randy's night out. Elizabeth, Amy and I will all have our mates, and then Randy will be hanging out like the third, or in this case, 7th wheel.
