“I missed you,” Dani tells me in her sweet voice while clinging to me. I’m still pissed about the scumbag trying to feel her up, but the way she is looking up at me, her gold and blue eyes full of love and admiration has me and Noah calming down and relishing the feel of her safe in my arms.
“I missed you. Sorry it took so long to get here. The alphas from Nevada were having an emergency meeting and wanted me in on it,” I told her before kissing her lips.
